"Honest review. The condo we stayed in was very spacious and accommodating to our party of 5 (3 adults, 1 teen 1 kid) with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, full kitchen, and dining room. The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. The owner communicated well and check in went smoothly. As of April 2023 the building itself was going through renovations which we knew in advance. "Overall, a great stay. A few things that were easily sorted out with the property management. It was noisy early in the morning as there was work being done- this was specifically stated before we booked. Great updated feel to the place, little things could be better, but overall great choice. For the discounted rate- I definitely recommend. Hopefully the lights in the hallway get addressed soon."

"The home was clean, roomy and full of amenities to enjoy. We especially enjoyed the pool and pool table. As a party of 6 adult couples there was plenty of room to sleep eat and hang out. We would definitely book this home again. "

"Summer vacation for universal and stay at this property to rest from walking around at the studios. Location is great, second story has easy access in and out, beach view was great, walking distance to beach access was reasonable. property was very clean, has lots of amenities. Bed was very comfortable. Overall great location and comfort. Construction wasn't bad you could hear noise during the week days and after 9 or 10 not bad since we were awake then. "

"The property is a great location. The condo is clean and cozy. Unfortunately due to the construction the beach access was closed. It was a few blocks to get to the public access.. but all together a great experience. I will definitely consider visiting again when the construction is completed."
