The manager was really rude they never wanted to give me the owners number to make a complain no water no hot water and roaches asked to get a refund and won’t answer me

I loved the apps on the tv and the hot water in the shower was a good thing sometimes most hotels don’t realize that there water is not hot at all and who wants to take a good shower in cold water.

I got there at 2:13 pm and was told check in was till 3. 8 let them know I was there and would wait. I waited till 3. Room had not even been started to get cleaned. I asked and was told 15 min to clean. They gave me my room until 4 pm. And it was still dirty. The girl in the front was rude.

We were originally placed on one room, I mentioned to the receptionist that the mini fridge smelled like fish, she made it better by switching us to another room which was much cleaner and better for my family and I. The receptionist was so courteous and helpful.

I made the reservation through Expedia. I had selected pay at property. I was going to be a day late getting there. I texted them through the app that I would be there the next day. The next morning they texted back OK. When I get there, they said the Expedia booking is invalid. So I pay for the room. Charged for original too! I saw a review on Yelp saying the same. Somebody needs to make this right. If they do, I’ll change my review.
