My1GetAway is pleased to introduce "Villa Encanto" – a charming Spanish-style villa located on the serene, sought-after bay side of South Padre Island. This newly renovated, spacious open-concept home offers modern comforts for you and your family or friends to enjoy. Unwind by the AMAZING POOL or take a stroll to the nearby beach! The bay, just a short walk away, is perfect for watching sunsets or simply relaxing while taking in the beauty of Laguna Madre. The Poinsettia and Bougainvillea Circle beach access are only a few blocks away, and local restaurants, shops, and entertainment are within walking distance.

Villa Encanto is the ideal space for families and gatherings! With everything fresh, clean, and comfortable – from the linens to the furniture – it’s designed for relaxation. The neighborhood is safe and easy to navigate, making it a perfect choice for families.

Younger groups may book with an additional deposit.

No pets in the pool – $100 fine for non-compliance.
No wet clothing or swimsuits on indoor furniture.
Quiet hours 10 PM to 7AM; please keep noise levels respectful throughout the day.

House was well represented in photos. Home was on a quiet street, no thru traffic and a short 3 blocks from the beach. There were chairs and beach toys in the garage, which was greatly appreciated and a cart to transport everything with ease.

Beautiful weekend getaway
This beautiful home is perfect for a family getaway. Our kids enjoyed the game room as well as the large pool. The games set up in the living area were great. The house is in a great location, it is in walking distance to shops and restaurants. We will definitely visit this beautiful jome again.

Central Location
The island itself is setup very easy to navigate and the location of the property kind of sits in the middle. So in reality you can go anywhere and it takes less than 8 minutes. Most place’s were 2-4 minutes away. Everything was very clean and they had plenty of supplies in the game room/garage for pool toys and floats plus everything you’d need for a day at the beach. Definitely going back if we ever visit South Padre again.

We took our grandkids to visit family in SPI. The pool was warm enough for our grandkids to enjoy the pool. Owners were very welcoming and communicated very well. Large open concept kitchen and living room. Very nice.

Perfect Beach Getaway Spot
Our family had an incredible week in this beautiful home. There were 8 of us plus the family pet and this home provided plenty of room. We enjoyed cooking and preparing snacks in the well stocked kitchen. All the appliances worked well and we even had sharp kitchen knives - something we almost never find in vacation rentals! The air conditioner worked so well - the house was absolutely a cool oasis from the heat. The master bedroom king sized bed was so comfortable we ordered the same mattress for our home. The pool was clean and the patio had plenty of seating for lounging and enjoying the sunshine. The location was perfect - close to everything but absolutely quiet at night. We will definitely book again!

Beautiful home with pool
This is a newly remodeled townhome that is fresh and beautifully done!! Everything was very comfortable and fully furnished! The owners have made it a comfortable and well appointed rental. You don’t usually see such a well decorated home for rent. The pool is also lovely, with a grill for outdoor cooking. It’s also well located. If this is available you will be very fortunate to be able to rent it!!!
