Top Half of Home
Top half has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, comfortable living room, full kitchen & dining area, and front & back covered balconies.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and a master bathroom. This master bedroom has a comfortable sofa chair to relax as you look out the back balcony. It has French doors that lead out to this back balcony. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed and a walk-in closet. The kids' bedroom has a twin bed and a bunkbed. The living area is very spacious to entertain family. The kitchen is fully equipped with basic amenities and is next to the dining area which has French doors leading to the back balcony. In this spacious and long back balcony, the family has access to the pool and grill area downstairs using the outside spiral staircase which leads to the bottom. The upstairs has a washer and dryer too.
Bottom Half of Home
Bottom half has two bedrooms, a bonus room to the master, two bathrooms, comfortable living room, and a full kitchen & dining area. This lower level has easy access to the backyard swimming pool and charcoal grill.
The remodeled master has a queen bed, new bathroom and a bonus room with a futon. It is a perfect quiet space to retreat and relax. This room leads out the swimming pool and patio area. The new guests’ bedroom is large with two queen beds and lounging space. It has its own dedicated A/C unit for independent climate control. The living room is comfortable to enjoy watching T.V. and playing games. The kitchen is fully equipped with its basic amenities. The dining area looks out to back covered patio. It too has French doors leading out to the backyard. The backyard has a swimming pool, charcoal grill with an outdoor sink for outdoor cooking or fish cleaning station for those who enjoy fishing. Just like the top it has a utility room with a washer and dryer. Our home has sufficient parking in the front. Our home has outdoor staircases to access the top and the bottom from the front or the back of the house.
*Base rate is up to eight guests. Additional guest will be charged a nightly rate per guest. The house has a 12-guest maximum occupancy. *No stairs inside between the two floors. A short-term agreement needs to be completed as soon as you book.
