HIGHLIGHTS
Welcome to condo “Three Ten” on South Padre Island! We are your hosts, Rosanna and Ref. We love South Padre Island and are happy to share our two vacation condos with you! We call our rentals “Texas Vistas Vacation Rentals” (or TexasVistasVR).

Families will feel right at home as there are many amenities provided to make your stay as carefree as possible.

Our vacation home is a 3 bedroom/2 bath condo, on the 3rd floor of a beach front complex. It has a balcony with wonderful beach views and the complex has an indoor elevator--no hauling your beach stuff up and down stairs!

Located in a quiet and private complex with 2 inviting courtyard pools and hot tubs, interior lobby entrance, 2 tennis courts, on-site management, gated entry to complex, and located right next door to Beach Park water park!

We tastefully remodeled the property in 2018 so you’ll have a clean, fresh space to relax after a day at the beach. Beautiful beach views from the kitchen, dining room, living room, master bedroom and balcony. Lovely spacious balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico! Our condo is a relaxing getaway for families and couples alike.

FAMILY FRIENDLY
This unit is family friendly with full size washer and dryer, high chair, pack-and-play, baby gate, desk top fans for white noise, toys and games. We have kids too so we know what it's like to travel with little ones!!!

Wonderful Home Away From Home
We booked a trip to South Padre on a whim and I’m so glad we stayed here! This is pretty much everything I wanted for a condo when looking for accommodations. The unit was exceptionally clean and well stocked with all we needed for a day at the beach. The owner was very helpful whenever we had questions and even talked me through a grocery delivery to the condo. The pool was perfect and you’re literally steps away from the beach. Take the time to sit on the balcony in the morning and have a cup of coffee while watching the sunrise. We’ll most certainly be back!

Excellent place!
The property was fantastic! It was actually closer to the beach than we thought, an easy walk. It had all of the beach gear that we needed, which made things do much easier. The kitchen was well equipped so we could make meals at home. The bedrooms are nice and we had anything we needed. The only thing we could have asked for were a few more beach towels, as we were washing them daily by the time we hit the beach in the morning and the pool in the evening. Overall, one of the best rentals we’ve ever had.

We love this condo and Sea Vistas! She provides everything needed for the beach, the pools are awesome, the view is spectacular and the condo feels like home when we are there. Can't wait to go back, we love Padre and this condo!

We absolutly loved our stay here! Rosanna has excellent communication, from booking, staying, and compleating our stay! Her condo was spacious for our family of 7! And not to mention nice and clean! She also had so many extras for us to use at the beach! Boogie boards, beach toys, umbrellas, tennis rackets, chairs, and so much more! It made it so much easier for us, especially with our 3 kiddos! I also loved how she had all the basics and more in her kitchen! We were able to cook most of our meals during our stay, which was nice! We didnt have to worry about going out and spending a fortune just on meals. We just bought groceries and cooked all our own! Also, a huge plus for me was all the towels she had available! We love the beach and pool, and swam everyday were were there, and there was enough towels for swimming and showers for all of us to use everyday we were there! The washing machine and dryer was so convenient as well! I loved the views from her condo! The photos dont do it justice! It really is beautiful! We can not wait to book again! Im already trying to see when our next available free time is! And ive alreday shared this place with several friends who plan to book soon too! Thank you again, Rosanna! We loved our time in your beautiful condo, and made beautiful memories that were long over due!

Family Spring Break 2024
We had the best time on our Spring Break vacation! The unit had EVERYTHING we needed and I mean EVERYTHING! We forgot Aloe Vera of all things! No problem because there were two bottles in the unit. It was so nice not having to pack beach chairs and boogie boards! We definitely loved saving car space. The kids loved the layout of the condo! Our younger two loved the gaming system and our teenager loved having her own room! It was super clean and quiet. Lots of other families and no college spring break craziness! It was the perfect layout for our family of 5! Our kids are 5,11 and 14. Rosanna was an amazing host and so thoughtful! My birthday was over our stay and she left a cake and candles in the fridge for me. We definitely enjoyed it! We are coming back over the summer! The location is great being at the beginning of the island- the beach wasn’t crazy crowded. This is a MUST BOOK!

Had a nice 3 day stay on South Padre Island. Weather did not cooperate so we never went on the beach. It was a short walk to the beach and the. Iew from the condo is great. Condo is beautifully redecorated. Had everything we needed. Communication with owner was fabulous. Thanks for a nice get away.

Dream vacation on the beach 🌊
Rosanna was truly an amazing host. This place has absolutely everything you could need- beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, boogie boards, and a wagon to get all of it down to the beach (there’s an elevator which makes this all easy peasy). The beach is RIGHT THERE when you exit the building. And once you’re done at the beach, there are outdoor showers right where you originally exited so you can rinse off before heading back into the building. I honestly couldn’t imagine a more convenient way to enjoy the beach. The unit was also spotless. My husband has pretty high standards when it comes to cleanliness, and he thought it was wonderful in that regard. So many clean, fluffy towels were provided (body, face, hand), plenty of dishes and cooking utensils in the kitchen so you can pretty much whip anything up. There’s also a very nice washer and dryer to use. It has a hand wash setting which is so helpful for more delicate bathing suits and coverups. I could go on and on all day, but I’ll wrap with how responsive and kind Rosanna was. I called twice- when I first arrived and was a dodo who couldn’t figure out the very easy gate, and after we checked out to say thanks for everything! She answered both times and was a delight to talk to. This was such an amazing experience all around. We cannot wait to return. Book it- you won’t regret it.
