Completely redone and now with two gorgeous convenient bathrooms - -Unit 303 has the best views in the buikdobg because it is a top floor condo that sits right in the middle and boasts unobstructed perfect views of the Sea. The unit is in a safe and family friendly cozy building that is first line on the beach with no gimmicks! Imagine yourself getting a view of the beach the moment you turn your key and walk in! You can continue dreaming away as you cook in the fully renovated Stainless Steel and Quartz Kitchen or sit in the lovely living areas to relax while enjoying the amazing views from all vantage points. Enjoy a glass on the nice sized balcony or fall asleep to the calming sounds of the ocean with a king size bed that has awe inspiring views of it in the master bedroom. Come as a couple for a romantic get away or as a family while the kids and other adults sleep in a separate room that has a very functional Bunk and bed arrangements to fit all. The second bedroom has a Twin XL (larger than a full mattress) over Queen Bed with a Twin Trundle right under, thus, offering several combinations possible. All in all the Condo can comfortably fit 6people but it can easily accommodate up to two families (8 total) We just ask that you inquire for this special arrangement. Whichever way you plan your stay the Beach is right there! Right in front of you to enjoy it and accessible through a short wood and sand path that leads you straight to it. The Dunes and Flora protect you from sand storms on your balcony and provide such a beautiful scenery.
We provide a plethora of beach toys as well as chairs and umbrella you can borrow. We bought this place and went straight to work on it, sparing no expense. Needless to say, the Condo underwent major renovations. It has been stripped down and EVERYTHING was replaced. Please note that our prices are based on what the brand new condo now looks like and has to offer in the end, compared to its previous state and also, others in the area. Towels, linens, parking, etc. are all included in the price per night) The VRBO reservation service, cleaning fee, tax are added to the final quote. A Fee per additional guest could also apply. You are welcome to see other units at the Continental to compare amenities, views, etc. Just know that each unit has a different owner and taste. Everyone is very nice and if you can't stay at ours maybe try in one of theirs :). From the images you can see we went for a modern and functional fresh look adding Quartz, Granite, Custom Cabinetry, Stainless steel and a maritime feel in the decor of our Condo. This is also a home for us so we did not cut corners or expenses on any needed repairs/updates and everything we did was done with functionality and the best intention. If upon reading the reviews you have doubts don’t hesitate to send me an email or look at other references. Great Location
The location is great! Right on the beach, small other homes or condos near by- no large high rises. Great for sunrises! Beds are comfortable. Laundry is not in the unit- it is checked that there is laundry but you have to pay for it down the hall.

Great location! We loved being right on the beach and yet in walking distance of restaurants and local shops! Beautiful condo and will stay here again! The host was very helpful checking in and responded very quickly to any questions we had!

Long weekend away with family
My family and I enjoyed staying so close to the beach and with a gorgeous view of the beach from the balcony! The place had all we needed to be comfortable. The bathroom included shower products and the kitchen included all we needed to cook while staying in. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Third and top floor condo with a great, direct beach view from the living area and main bedroom. Lots of beach toys for young and old. All amenities necessary in kitchen and bath. Beach and water were clean and glorious.

Amazing View
We had the amazing opportunity of staying in this beautiful condo. It felt like a much needed home away from home. Access and parking for the condominium were convenient. The ocean-side view is perfect. The first thing we did was walk the beach and stroll back on the bay side. The condo had plenty of board games and room to chat, play, and disconnect. I recommend this condo as your home away from home.

An Oasis
We had a wonderful time. The condo is beautifully updated with such designer high end features. Everything is so comfortable and pretty. The kitchen is very well appointed with everything you could need. The beds are so comfortable with great mattresses and cozy sheets. Best of all is the amazing view! We sat for hours on the balcony enjoying the gulf breezes and view. The beach access is very easy, walk right down the boardwalk and you are there. The owner was very friendly and easy to work with. We had a wonderful trip with many cherished memories.

Gorgeous sunrise beach view
Great views of the ocean strand with easy access to the beach. If pulling a cart, it’s easier to use the public boardwalk access one building south. Very comfortable king-size bed. Nice kitchen for cooking meals. My hubby and I really enjoyed sitting on the balcony, enjoying the ocean breeze and the sound of the waves, while sipping our evening “adult” beverages. Nice pool for relaxing. Convenient parking across the street from the building. Wonderful beach vacation!

Amazing condo
Loved the condo everything brand new beautiful view of the ocean. The owners are ver quick to answer your calls if something is wrong. The only 2 things that I didn't like was the walk to the beach didn't have a ramp so the sand was very hot so we went another way and it is very easy to tract sand into the condo other than that everything was perfect!!!

Everything was perfect except for the weather!
This little condo is clean and well decorated. Sits right on the ocean front with an easy walk to the beach. Central in S. Padre. Small pool. Deck across the back is small but has a beautiful view. The condo has everything you need for cooking and visiting the beach. Only problem with our stay was it was too cold to sit out on the deck! No fault of anyone.

Pick this Beach Condo! You will be Glad you did
After searching meticulously for the perfect place for our much needed beach vacation getaway, I found this lovely beachfront condo. It has the perfect updated decor, making the condo feel both beachy and cheery. Everything was clean and tidy. Nothing better than stepping out onto the balcony to enjoy the view and sound of the rolling waves. We also walked along the beach and pleasantly found it to be not crowded. Maybe due the time of year. Overall, excellent experience. Easy booking process, check in, and check out.

A Wonderful Time Had by All
This property was great in all respects. Easy access to the beach facilitated coming and going when we felt like it. The beach was not crowded. Sitting on the balcony watching the waves was a relaxing alternative, while our granddaughter preferred a dip in the pool as a change of pace. Parking was convenient. And, of course, the apartment itself was comfortable and well-appointed. No downsides. The five of us (three generations) thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I would recommend it without hesitation. Dave

Perfect Place for Our Mother/Daughter Weekend
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at SPI in this condo and will definitely see if it is available next year. My adult daughter and I spent the weekend in SPI (an annual tradition). One of our favorite places to have lunch/a drink/listen to music and has a great view of the beach is Wanna Wanna Grille, and this condo is a super short walk via the beach or sidewalk along the road. The condo itself is super cute, very clean and well stocked with the essentials. It is decorate bright and cheerful. I love how the balconies are built. You feel like you are out there on your own watching the sunrise. The beds are very comfy. Nice towels for the showers. The large parking lot across the street was really convenient. Plenty of parking spots. I have nothing but positive things to say about this place and hope to return soon.

Easter stay at beachfront rental
The building was not what we expected when we arrived. The building exterior and balcony rails need a coat of paint. The boardwalk was uneven and should reach the beach; we should not have to hike through the sand trail with debris in it to get there. Vegetarian by the pool needs much improvement. At the gate to the beach, the shower is in need of repair. The kitchen accessories needs improving, such as better quality pans, serving dishes, chip bag clips, ceram wrap/aluminum foil, cleaning spray, I am of the opinion that as long as the dishes have been cleaned in or gone through a cycle of the dishwasher, we should not have to put the dishes away. Also, we were in need of more trash bags than provided. On the positive side, the beds were comfortable and the unit was clean. We enjoyed the view of the ocean from the balcony. We appreciate the boogie boards and beach toys. Beach access was excellent. Ample parking. I know the location cannot be helped, but it was on a busy street and we had to exercise caution when crossing the street to reach our vehicle.

1st Time Visiting a Beach and it was Perfect!
My family had the best time! This was our first time visiting a beach, so I really wanted a condo that overlooked the beach and this one was perfect! The view is amazing!!! If I could upload some pictures of the sunrise, I would! It’s truly an amazing spot on the beach! The bed in the master is so nice and comfortable, unlike stiff hotel beds! My kids loved the bunk beds and my oldest liked the pull out bed from under the bunk beds. They all slept very comfortably and took turns on the top bunk. We also loved that there was a full kitchen for anything we needed, with a family of 5 a full size refrigerator is important and that was so nice to have one. The condo has every comfort of home! There was more than enough towels and extra blankets for everyone if they needed! My husband and I are both art teachers and we thought the mural in the kitchen was neat and the art work in the master is just perfect for the beach! The over all beach theme was just awesome, we loved it! There was also everything you need for the beach already in the condo, chairs, an umbrella, water boards, and tons of toys for the kids!! The pool downstairs is nice too, we went swimming twice and had the whole pool to ourselves. You can walk straight to the beach on the walkway from the condo which was nice! There is a shower to try and get as much sand off as possible when you come in from the beach. But there is a broom upstairs too, incase some gets in with the kiddos. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this condo and beach experience! We absolutely loved the host and Mario who gave us some good tips on good places to eat. They were both so nice and wonderful! I hope we get to go again in the future!

Well-appointed, well-furnished, well-located! Excellent owner!
This was our top pick out of all the properties available for our timeframe, and it was a gem! The condo was well-situated -- not just relative to restaurants, Blue Marlin grocery store, and souvenir shops -- but also within the complex itself (high floor for a clear view of the ocean, not far from laundry facilities). Our initial view of the ocean took our breath away, and even though we hadn't fully unloaded the car, we had to go out to the balcony to check out the beach! The condo was renovated, and we could tell that Erika selected items for utility as well as aesthetics (Pottery Barn meets Ikea). The furniture color scheme was white/pale neutrals to give an airy, open feeling throughout the condo, with plenty of storage + hangers, and they provided just about every kitchen necessity, especially for children (plastic cups, dishes, utensils, stepstool). Our child really loved the bunk bed! All appliances worked perfectly and were clean, inside and outside, esp the fridge. There was easy access to the beach (coded gate access) + showerheads to rinse off sand, so we could get from door to sand in less than 5 minutes. Internet connection was steady and enough bandwidth for streaming video on a tablet + browsing on 2 smartphones. There seemed to be a good selection of equipment for the beach (boogie boards, toys, umbrella), although we used only what we had brought. I also appreciated that the bathroom had a double vanity and only a shower (no tub) with handrail and enough hooks for hanging towels and wet garments. But more than any amenity, we really appreciated Erika's gracious hospitality. Even from our initial inquiry, she was very responsive, set clear expectations, and gave good directions on check-in/check-out process. Additionally, we had a minor damage incident on the last night of our stay, and Erika replied not only very quickly but also was extremely kind and understanding of the situation and how to resolve it. We were surprised by the speed at which she replied on a Friday night, and frankly, just relieved at how reassuring she was in response. Her kindness goes a long way with renters like me, and I'll be sure to recommend this property to friends, and hope to return again someday. Thank you, Erika!!
