Step inside and you will be greeted by elegant decor, tile flooring throughout, and spacious dining and living areas. Enjoy meals at any of the yummy local restaurants, or shop at the nearby grocery store and cook for yourself in this home's well-equipped, full kitchen or outside on the gas grill.
When you return home from the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower and then toss your suits into your private washer and dryer! The front balcony (accessible via the main bedroom and the upstairs hallway) is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or watching evening sunsets or the local fireworks displays at dusk. Additionally, the fenced backyard, with a private pool and spa, has enough room to lay out in the sun, dine al fresco, and keep everyone entertained.

This home utilizes a comfortable style of bed-making known as Triple Sheeting. Triple Sheeting is proven to be more hygienic and is used by five-star hotels around the world. It consists of a fitted sheet, a flat sheet, a blanket, and finally a decorative top sheet. Due to this change, the pictures for this home may not accurately represent the bedding that will appear during your stay. This has not affected any other amenities or the amount of beds available.
This home maintains a strict no-party and no Spring Break policy. Our local South Padre Island team monitors compliance with our rental policies and responds promptly to any complaints from neighbors. If any guests are found to violate these rental policies, it will result in eviction without a refund. If you have any questions or concerns about your compliance, please get in touch with us right away so we can ensure you have a safe and happy vacation.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
