Resort Fees: At certain times of the year, rentals may charge a one-time, per-guest Resort Fee to facilitate guest access. For more information, consult the Property Description or contact the reservation agent.

Refundable Damage Deposit: Rentals may require a Refundable Damage Deposit from March through Easter weekend. The Rental Company will collect this deposit by cash or credit card at check-in. If paying by credit card, the Primary Renter must present a credit card that matches their name upon check-in. For more information, consult the Property Description or contact the reservation agent.

Age Restrictions: The minimum age requirement for renters is 25. As per Homeowner Association Rules & Regulations, THIS CONDO DOES NOT ALLOW YOUNG ADULT/SPRING BREAK GROUPS.

Went down to SPI for a 40th High School Reunion and this condo was perfect for gathering with friends and catching up in stress free environment. And the view was absolute perfection!

clean, attractive condo. ocean view, wonderful heated pool and hot tub. short walk to beach. many good restaurants and shops, must cross bridge to Walmart, but not far. Turtle refuge and bird sanctuary are great trips, get to hold a snake and alligator. Kids loved it. Beds were comfortable, third bedroom has 2 single beds. great air conditioning.

Great get away
We had a great time here. The heated pool was wonderful on the chilly overcast days to allow the kids to still play in the water. The access to the beach was wonderful and easy. A great find!

We loved the property, it was perfect for our group. There were a few things that needed to be addressed and they took care of it quickly. Loved the beach access and spray station. Our condo was very quiet. The only complaint was the need for black out curtains in the primary bedroom, as there are many windows and outside lights that stay on all night. Will be back!

Couples weekend in Shoulder Season
Great Three Bedroom, Two Bath Condo in a convenient location with ocean views, pool access and private walk to beach. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking utensils, ( bring your own spices, etc). Washer and dryer worked well. Separate Ice machine was available but not working. Mgmt company was very responsive but we asked to have repaired after we left. The pool area and hot tub were nice ( hot tub WAS HOT). The deck area was great for coffee in the morning and cocktails in the evening. One comment about the Bedroom facing East, we would recommend some curtains as the sun is very bright even with the shades and there is a light at night that can be bothersome if you need a dark room. We would definitely stay here again.

Edgewater Condo Nice
The condo was as advertised, clean and nice. The master bed squeaks with every turn and they should try and fix this. The maser and entry bedrooms could use some blackout shades, it get very bright very early in these rooms. My lower rating is because they closed the beach access and began constructing a walkway. This should have been communicate to us and we would have rented somewhere else. The rental company did refund some of our money in an attempt to make it right and to be fair I did not ask for this so I give them credit for this. Once the construction is complete at the end of May, 2022 I would stay here again.

Fantastic way to welcome 2017!
Our family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Edgewater 207. It's a nicely updated corner unit on the second floor in a well maintained complex. The walk to the beach is convenient and you can enjoy the views of the gulf and pool area from the balcony. The facility is secure and we felt safe at all times during our stay. The furnishings and decor fit wonderfully with the beach SPI vibe. Although it was maintained well, it could have been cleaner upon our arrival. Our observations: Cons: There was a spill from previous guests that remained in the grout lines in the dining area, leaving behind a sticky mess that should have been cleaned better. Also appeared to have possible mold growth on the floors of the showers. Dust accumulation on the wall (under the vent) of the guest bath. Had to call the office upon arrival to report water on the laundry room floor, turns out the AC drain was plugged. No oven mitts provided, too few dish towels provided, not enough toilet paper provided. Pros: Although cons are listed, we truely would return. None of the mentioned were deal breakers. Loved the proximity to the beach! Loved the space and decor of the unit! Check-in/out was a breeze. We stayed over New Years and were able to see fireworks at Clayton's from the beach and the fireworks from the bay side were very close. It was an amazing show! I look forward to staying here again-Thank you!

Good, Could Be Great But…
The location is good. The walk to the beach is easy and short. The overall cleanliness and property is nice and well maintained. Has most of what you’d need in the kitchen, but bring your own salt, pepper and seasonings. The AC works well and the in-unit washer and dryer were awesome! Now for the not so great… my friend and her 2 year old got locked in the bathroom located between the front room and bunk room, but thankfully I was able to get the door open. The air filter vent has a bolt that constantly rattles and it fell down during the night. We used duck tape to try and stop the rattle and keep the vent in place, but it didn’t work. The hand towel rack fell off when I was drying my hands in the master bathroom. The pantry shelf fell bc a bracket came out. The balcony door is difficult to unlock. The dishwasher had parts that fell off when we opened it. There are no cleaning tools in the unit. The broom stick broke off from the broom head, so it wasn’t very usable. A vacuum and mop would be nice. They do provide a small dish soap and dishwasher pods, which is nice. You will hear the fireworks at night around 9:15pm. You will hear people in the neighboring condos at night. I recommend a sleep sound machine or app. The beds aren’t necessarily comfortable, but they were fine. They also have construction in the building and neighboring buildings everyday, so drills and hammering were a constant throughout the day. At the end of the day, it’s a nice place, especially for the price. It would be awesome if things were updated in a quality way. It just seemed like things kept breaking or falling apart. Check-in and check-out were a breeze! It is also in close proximity to a lot of places.

Nice spot
This was a clean condo and in a safe, walkable area. The pool was nice, although it could use a few more lounge chairs. The bathrooms were a bit dated… cracked sink in guest room, low counters, older, stained toilets. Other than that it was a very nice condo. Close to the beach. If I returned to SPI I would stay there again.

Family Vacation
Our stay was spectacular with beautiful vistas of the the ocean everything was in walking distance. Our Condo was spacious and very clean and organized a very peaceful, relaxing location. We loved everything about our living quarters we are a family of 6 and everyone had their own private space. Definitely recommend to others and wile will be returning!!!! If we could rate it higher then a 5 star we would!

Good Value Large Condo in a Convenient Beachfront Complex
We had a great time at this three-bedroom, two-bath beachfront condo. It was in a great location with secure parking. There was a short walk to the beach and a nice swimming pool with ample shade in the evening, which was relaxing after being in the sun all day. My only complaint is that the ice maker wasn't working--although I think this is a common occurrence. I just wish there was a sign or something to indicate it was out of order. A small inconvenience for an otherwise great vacation and condo.

Great property! Very clean both inside and outside. Super friendly grounds keeper. Friendly atmosphere! We truly enjoyed our stay, very close and convenient to bars and restaurants. The beach was beautiful and the pool was a great temperature and kept so clean. Check in and check out smooth and easy!! Since our property was ready for us. We were allowed to check in a little early. The property management company was so great in communication as well! We had a terrific time and will be back!!!!!

Great winter break escape!
Great condo right on the beach. The deck is the perfect place to watch the action at the pool and beach while you have coffee or dinner. The beds were comfortable and the condo was clean. The kitchen was stocked well enough for the simple breakfast and dinners we made at home. The location was perfect for our family. It's s super short walk to Gravity Park, Laguna Bob, and the Meatball Cafe.

We have stayed in this condo before and love the accommodations. The problem was the renovation going on in the unit below us-the paint fumes were absent horrible for three days-even Thanksgiving Day. Couldn’t even smell the turkey cooking.

In town for a wedding. The condo was great…very comfortable spacious and clean. A great ocean view and easy beach access. Check-in/out was an absolute breeze. Very secure and close to several good rest and attractions. Highly recommend.

Was a bit concerned at first because on the ride down was called and told the elevator was being worked on. We were not able to get to our second floor condo by elevator, but we were able to handle one flight. Condo was lovely and bedrooms quite nice. Was a great size for the five of us for girls getaway.
