Kick-start your day with fresh air and a cup of coffee while seated on one of the five chairs or two cushioned loungers.

As part of the community at Suntide III, you’ll enjoy excellent on-site amenities, including indoor/outdoor pools and hot tubs, tennis courts, a sauna, and a gym.

Relax on the full-size sofa bed and watch a movie on the 44-inch TV, equipped with cable and a DVD player. Sliding glass doors lead to the balcony, showcasing sweeping views of the Gulf.

Whip up tasty meals in the well-equipped kitchen. An island offers ample space for prepping beach snacks. While dinner simmers, concoct a crisp drink at the wet bar. When you’re ready to eat, dine at the six-person table or perch at the kitchen bar for four. In-home amenities include complimentary WiFi, cable TV, and a washer/dryer.

Your centrally located retreat is within walking distance of restaurants, shops, a supermarket, and a movie theater. A free public bus also stops right outside the front gate -- offering easy access to superb attractions on the island, as well as Port Isabel.
