When you're awake, this place is wonderful! However, the beds and pillows are incredibly uncomfortable. Bringing your own pillows and air mattresses would be advisable.

Perfect spot and very clean
Upon first look it might not look like much but this place is so nice, very clean upon entering and everything was in order, 3 rooms 2 down stairs and 1 up stairs with the kitchen and living room, pool was amazing along with the grill and jacuzzi. Overall will definitely be renting here again next time

This place is great! The house is exactly as described, super convenient with the beach a few steps away and the supermarket half a block away. It was clean, with all the essentials, and great features like the pool, ping pong table and bikes! Created great memories with our family and our grandma on her 90th birthday! This place made it special!

Townhouse Heaven on SPI
My family and I loved the townhouse... My nephews were ecstatic about the swimming pool and jacuzzi... The kitchen was well stocked with all the necessities... Hostess Laura Garcia was just a phone call, text message or email away should any problems arise... We had no problems during our stay...My family and I will definitely make a return trip!!!

A wonderful weeks vacation with 4 thirty somethings and four kids.
A good time was had by all. The only time I felt the need to contact the owner it ended up being a Spectrum internet outage in the area. The check in issue was me being stupid and not seeing the code box on the garage.
