Located on the edge of the Exmoor National Park and surrounded by wonderful countryside.  This detached barn conversion cottage is spacious and beautifully presented throughout with flexible sleeping making it ideal for families and groups of friends. Within walking distance of local Inn and just a few minutes drive to the market town of South Molton know as the 'Gateway to Exmoor' with its weekly pannier market, quaint tea rooms, restaurants, character pubs and individual shops. Ideal for exploring the spectacular countryside, and dramatic coastline in this beautiful part of Devon with the wide expanse of sandy surfing beaches just 40 minutes drive.
