"We didn’t realise until we arrived how big the Reef View Hotel was. We had a lovely, spacious and comfortable room. The bathroom was very large too, with double sinks, a bath and shower. It was really convenient to have the shuttle for the ferry and to the airport. The Reef View was also a stopping point for the Island Shuttle and made getting around really easy. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and delicious. It was maybe just a blip but our first lunch in the restaurant wasn’t the best customer service experience - it took some time to get served and I had to speak to the host to request service. There afterwards it was fine."

"We enjoyed our stay at Magnums and found our room to be very spacious and comfortable. It was particularly convenient that we could store our luggage for free at Magnums while we sailed the Whitsundays before returning for another night at Magnums."
