Spacious 5 bedroom / 3.5 bathroom Farmhouse + 2 bedroom / 1 bath guesthouse! The two houses share a driveway with beautiful Stratton mountain views just minutes from multiple mountains including Stratton! The houses are also minutes away from a park with swimming hole and playground, restaurants, supermarket, multiple state parks, and more!

FARMHOUSE:
There are a total of 5 bedrooms, 11 beds, and 3.5 bathrooms! Some of the amenities include multiple super comfortable oversized couches, wood burning fireplace, 70" smart TV, 65" smart TV, cable + high speed internet, skeeball table, shuffleboard table, foosball table, + more!

The finished lower level consists of an oversized couch Facing a 70" smart TV and a game area with skeeball, shuffleboard, and foosball tables!

The first floor consists of a Kitchen / dining area, full bathroom, sunroom with comfy couch and table to eat or play some games overlooking Stratton Mountain, large living room with oversized couch + Large flat screen TV + wood burning fireplace!

The second floor consists of 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms:
Upstairs Bedroom 1: 1 king size bed
Upstairs Bedroom 2: 1 king size bed
Upstairs Bedroom 3: 1 Queen bed, 1 twin over twin bunk bed
Upstairs Bedroom 4: 1 Queen bed

The third floor consists of 1 half bathroom surrounded by two sleeping areas openly connected. One side of the room has two twin beds and the other side of the room has another 2 twin beds and a full size bed.

GUESTHOUSE:
The Guesthouse is a compact (~800sq ft) but super comfortable. There are a total of 2 bedrooms, 4 beds, and 1 bathroom. The guesthouse also has high speed internet, cable, smart tv +, more!

The upper level has 1 bedroom (queen bed), 1 full bathroom (shower), living room with smart TV with cable, kitchen, and a dining table.

The lower level consists of the mud room and one additional bedrooms containing 2 queen size beds and a twin size bed.

The houses are roughly 8-10 minute drive to the base of Stratton, 7-8 minutes to Magic Mountain, 14-16 minute to Bromley, and 25-30 minutes from Okemo and Mount Snow.

You have access to the entire property including house, guesthouse, and entire 5+ acre backyard!

The third floor of main house and guesthouse living room both have AC for warmer months.

The house has 2 pack and plays that can be used (there is 1 in the guesthouse as well).

BBQ is stored during peak winter months so that it isn’t damaged.

You are more than welcome to bring your dog, we just ask that you keep him/her off furniture and beds as it’s difficult to get the hair off and please pick up outside if in trafficked areas. If you would like to bring more than one dog please just reach out for pre-approval.

Dogs visit the home on occasion so if you are allergic please take this into consideration

The house is family friendly but is not child / baby proofed.

There is not a door between the two sections of the third floor.

There’s a seasonal Outdoor shower next to the Guesthouse entrance!

We recommend 4WD or AWD vehicles for driving in Vermont over the winter months (not specific to this property just good to have).

A cozy family Thanksgiving getaway
We were a large group of 4 families some with kids some without, we had a wonderful time at the house, the kitchen was big and stocked with the pots, pans, and utensils we needed. The beds were all very comfortable and our absolute favorite part was the large couch that could fit our entire group! Seriously the huge comfy couch was the largest we've ever seen and it was nice to get together after dinner by the fire. The kids loved the game room downstairs and played all the games! You can't go wrong at this house with a big group, it's great!

Perfect spot for a weekend retreat
We throughly enjoyed our stay. The place was absolutely perfect! There was plenty of space to gather and relax. A beautiful view and very cozy place. The kitchen is well stocked and perfect for cooking for a group. Lots of places for people to hang out or pull away if needed. We hope to return

Great Home with Great Views
Just got back from our trip to Vermont. Short 3 hour drive from Northern NJ. Went to look at the beautiful foliage and to star gaze. Vermont did not disappoint. Many trails to hike, many farms to explore, miniature golf is an approx. 30 minute ride with great mountain views, lots of brooks and streams nearby, grocery store and gas station are just a quick ride away. We had an incredible stay at the Stratton View Farm and Guest house. Spacious and clean home, comfortable beds, relaxing sunroom, large living room with a fireplace that did not disappoint with unlimited wood, comfy couch and large screen TV. Game room was enjoyed with some competitive foosball and space invader games. For those who enjoy whipping up meals this kitchen is well stocked….it has all the pots, pans, utensils for any meal of the day. Outdoor fire pit allows you to star gaze while making s’mores. Guest home equally exquisite. I highly recommend this property.

2023 Family Vacation
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Stratton Farmhouse and Guesthouse. This was our first family vacation at this location and everyone (ages 6-87) enjoyed their time there. The kids enjoyed the downstairs playroom and the space outside to run around and ride their bikes. The adults were happy with the house and the comfortable rooms. We enjoyed the fire pit and being able to play card games into the night. We look forward to being able to return in future years!

Great ski weekend!!
Stratton view farmhouse was fantastic. It was perfect for our ski weekend with 4 families. The adults loved being in the living room with the nice fireplace, the kids loved the game room! Alex was a great host. Always available. It snowed a foot overnight (fantastic). Alex gave us the number of the plow guy so we could communicate with him. We had the driveway plowed early so we could get the littles to ski school and get the fresh powder early! Highly recommend this house and hope to come back again.

Perfect house for large group
We had a great stay at the farmhouse + guesthouse. Great location to the mountains, town and other activities. Both were clean with a supply of fresh cozy blankets and towels. The beds were comfortable and there are tons of spacious couches to lounge on whether you spent the day hanging in the house or were relaxing after a day outdoors. Great kitchen / dining setup for a big group. The hidden gem of the house is the sunroom which warmed up from the morning sun and provided a spectacular view. Great house to be in throughout one of the coldest Vermont weekends in history. We'll be back!

Great time in Vermont
Everyone loved the house. Compliments all weekend. Very kid friendly with lots of toys, games, and videos. Alex and Rebecca were wonderful hosts and were available for all my questions . Great views and easy proximity to Stratten Mountain. We do these trips 2 to 3 times a year and would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this property.

Perfect family getaway
Wonderful amazing set up with main house and separate guest house - it was perfect for our multi-generation, multi-family reunion. We had a blast! Amazing fire pit with wood supplied, fun game room with games for kids AND adults (fighting over top score on Space Invaders IYKYK), large comfortable couches for everyone to sit together (seriously, where can I find one of these to put on my own home?!), with a very functional guest house for a more quiet stay with full loaded kitchen - it was great!! Hosts are Super DUPER responsive, extremely accommodating and check in/out responsibilities we’re straight forward. Would love to stay again. Please note, as described in the listing, there is no door on the third floor separating two sleeping areas. Everything is as listed and photos do it justice. Our family who stayed up there said it was cosy and quiet and it wasn’t a major issue, just FYI for anyone who is concerned about the lack of a door

Great Reunion Location
Hosts were easy to deal with, very responsive. The house and guest house were perfect for my large group, in particular we loved the fire pit and abundant wood supply. Thanks Alex and Rebecca, we may be back again next year!

Very Nice House Exactly as Advertised
I highly recommend this house. Well-located about 15 minutes from Stratton. House was very clean and appointed with lots of bedrooms and beds, two nice large TV and TV watching areas and nice kitchen. Hosts were very communicative and check-in/checkout process seamless. Only negative comment was that bathrooms -- though there are plenty -- are not quite as nice as the rest of the house/bedrooms. However, I would definitely rent this house again and look forward to coming back again soon
