The well-equipped kitchen features new granite countertops. Find everything needed to whip up favorite recipes, then gather around the six-person dining table for a family-style feast. Sip morning coffee at the spacious three-person bar.
The condo sleeps eight guests between the two bedrooms and a cozy sleeping loft. The primary bedroom is located on the first floor, furnished with a queen bed. A reading chair and wall-mounted flat-screen TV make this room a peaceful retreat, and the hall bathroom has a newly tiled walk-in shower. On the main floor, the second bedroom has a full-size bed and a queen bed. An adjacent bathroom has a walk-in shower. The third-floor sleeping loft is furnished with both a twin and a queen bed. Added perks include a private washer/dryer and complimentary Wi-Fi.

Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m to 9 a.m. hours. In addition no open flames, no smoking, and parking permits apply. Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Security camera details: Surveillance cameras are in use in the common areas only.
Dock details: Dock/pier is for sightseeing and to see the beautiful view of Lake Tahoe. No boat docking or boat tying of any kind is permitted. No fishing or diving off the dock is permitted.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
