Things to Know
Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. In addition, no open flames, no smoking, and parking permits apply. Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Nice Hideaway
This place did the job. Was it the best stay? No, but also not the worst. Parking is horrendous, but they do have a parking garage with two entrances. We left to get some food late in the evening and literally took the last spot coming back. The lake is very close and you can see it between trees from the balcony which was awesome. There were no spices or complimentaries at all. It would have been nice to have some spices, but also a couple pods of coffee would have been great. The toilet paper and paper towels are most generic. Those little things could be improved. Also, all of the furniture was uncomfortable including the bed. You can tell it’s just a place to crash. It’s located right next door to CVS and Heidi’s for breakfast which was nice! Overall, it’s a place to stay just don’t expect any bells or whistles.
