Bring your family or friends! There are 12 separate beds including two Queen Futons. There's a second full kitchen in the game room making two Refrigerators, and two Stoves/ ovens.
Proximity to the casinos, beaches, and number of separate beds. Play Shuffleboard, Pool, Ping Pong, Foosball - Its so much fun! Enjoy the hot tub right outside the game room and Gas bbq right off the kitchen deck.
This house is all about fun. We keep extra fold-able tables and chairs for your use to setup a large area for dining. Why not all eat together??!!

Sit on one of the three decks and bbq and enjoy the beautiful view as the house is surrounded by giant pine trees.

Family vacation
This house had enough bedrooms and bathrooms for 9 people to use comfortably. At one time I’m sure this was a lovely house but it could definitely use some TLC, overall it was fine. Some critter snuck in downstairs and ate some snacks (chipmunk?) The creek nearby was a huge hit!

Plenty of room for everyone with lots of space and activities but quite a few maintenance issues such as hot tub wasn’t working, roach in bathroom; main floor shower head wasn’t working, ice and water on fridge wasn’t working and fridge wasn’t as cold as it should be.

Fun and fabulous house!
Great house with a lot of room for everyone. Nice to have a bathroom on each floor. The downstairs game room was so much fun! Plenty of towels and spare blankets. We really enjoyed our stay and would go back again.

The location is super...close to every thing needed....loved seeing the bears....buy very disturbing to see them trying to break into the house daily. There were no GRAB BARS available for anyone who had balance issues. The layout worked well for our family and the kids loved the downstairs game room arrangement and hot tub.

Perfect place for a stay in South Lake. 3 stories and narrow hallways will make it hard for older folks. Great games and spa. Very quiet. Would stay again.

Great stay for a multifamily trip
The vrbo picture looks more outdated than it actually is. The property is well maintained, spacious, kitchen on 2 floors, and conveniently located to supermarkets and ski resorts. I was informed that all they have is salt and pepper, but the kitchen was well equipped with pots and pans, as well as spices. Thank you, we would love to be back and highly recommend to everyone!

Nieces 18th birthday
We stayed here with my sisters and our children for my nieces 18th Birthday. There were plenty of amenities for our weekend stay. There were plenty of space for our party and plenty of things to keep the kiddos busy and off their electronics. 😊 This place is also near heavenly and all of the casinos. I have rented multiple cabins in Lake Tahoe/Truckee area and this has been the best hot water we’ve got for showers 😆 not as great in the morning time but at night for sure enough for everyone to catch a warm shower.

The property was large and great for big groups. Also very close to a lot of activities and stores. Only issue was cleanliness of the property: we had issues with rodents in the house.

Great property for bachelor party
Perfect place for my bachelor party with 14 people. Huge place with lots of beds, great indoor and outdoor areas to hang out with the group. Very nice accommodations, comfortable beds, nice kitchen, but wasn't a super fancy house that forbids bachelor parties like many in Tahoe. Easy Uber ride to the lake / Stateline restaurants and casinos. Super responsive owner that answered all questions throughout the weekend. Will definitely come back!

Lake Tahoe trip at this property is pleasant
My family booked this property for the family reunion Mid- July. From the start to finish, the processes were so smooth with a clear good communication. I strongly recommend this place to anyone for the future vacation. I, of course, will book and return again soon when time is allowed. Furthermore, this place has a lot of rooms to fit a big group, plus it has many entertaining games and jacuzzi, BBQ area that keep everyone busy and yet have a good time staying. Had a very nice time celebrating my husband's 90th birthday.
Everything was great except we couldn't get ice from the ice maker and nothing to make ice. The ice outside was hard to dig into.

Awesome Family & Bible Study Group Vacation
This rental property is in close proximity (15-30min drive) to downtown, restaurants, shops, and more importantly the various beaches throughout the lake. When we first arrived we found some things in the kitchen not functioning and a few areas that were not cleaned. However, once I notified the owner, Kris, he immediately resolved the issues. It was quite refreshing staying here and it provided all the amenities my group needed. I would recommend it to others with small or large groups. Overall is was a blast!

Great House for a Big Group
My friends and I stayed here for a bachelor party. There were 18 of us and the house provides plenty of room! The location was exactly what we were looking for - 10 minutes from casinos, under 10 minutes to the lake, and a great quiet neighborhood. The highlight for us was the size of the lot - we went in the summer so we spent most of the time outside hanging out, BBQ'ing, using the hot tub, etc...it's really a large back yard. Bonnie and Kris were both super helpful leading up to our stay and check-out was a piece of cake! For anyone looking to stay in South Lake, particularly with a large group, I'd highly recommend this spot! We loved it.

Good family home
We enjoyed our stay at this property over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend. Great shuffleboard table in the family room. Plenty of rooms for guests, however the floors creaked quite a bit on the top level, being loud for the rooms under them. Hot tub was at 102, not warm enough for how cold it was. It didn't stay at 104 temp when adjusted either. The kitchen could use a few better nonstick pans. Overall nice stay though, great neighborhood for walking/hiking.

Perfect 3 story get away for your Tahoe vacation.
Bonnie and Kris are amazing. They made everything about this process (from requesting the reservation, down payments, entry and departure) as easy and stress free as possible. The cabin is conveniently located next to so many sites. Being there for a bachelor/bachelorette pary, we were most interested in being near stateline and all the casinos, which were only about an 8 minute Uber away. Groceries stores are extremely close, as are multiple eateries ( I highly recommend the Brewery at Lake Tahoe, Solid beer and their 'Bad-ass' pizza is what dreams are made of). With the hot tub, pool table, shuffle board, and foozball, along with surround sound system, we practically had no reason to leave. If ever I'm looking for another big sleeper, I'm definitely coming back to Bonnie.

Fun House for All Ages
This house has everything a family needs to be comfortable like your own home. The whole place is very clean, fully stocked with towels, pillows, and blankets which normally lacks in other places. The kitchen was fully stocked with appliances and kitchen ware to be able to prepare a good meal for our family and friends. The bedrooms are good sizes, beds are comfortable, and even the couch and futons are also comfortable to sleep in. There were 18 of us who stayed here and we all felt the house did not feel so small or cramped at all. Our kids had so much fun in the ground floor area where there’s a game room with tons of fun and games kids and adults can do. There’s a hot tub right outside which was a big plus. Most importantly, the location of this house is very ideal, 10-15 mins to the hotels, casinos, beaches, restaurants, and stores. The neighborhood is very nice and quite as well. Overall, this place was perfect for our stay. We will definitely recommend it to family and friends, and we will surely come back here again.

Perfect for a large group
Property was in good shape with clean sheets and plenty of linens. Lots of space in the upstairs kitchen/living with plenty of pots and pans (could use a bigger boiling/chili pot!). Trash can is very close outside. Hot tub was in good working condition. Beds were comfy (as were the large wrap-around couch and futons!). Big plus was the TV package - no basic cable here. Full satellite package with lots of channels (which was huge because of March Madness). House could use a little TLC (porch light bulbs were out, floor and carpet are a bit dirty) but overall it was great. Reasonably priced and a short 5-10 minute drive to the California Lodge and Casinos.

Great spot for large groups
We picked this property because it had 7 bedrooms and could sleep 14 people. We planned a trip for 3 generations but the "kids" are all now in their late 20s/early 30s; bunk beds and air mattresses on the floor aren't as appealing as when they were young so we were happy to find this property where everyone could have their own bed. We were also happy we could bring our dog along. The house was perfect for our needs. Although we ended up with just 9 adults and a dog, there would have been room for all of us. We really enjoyed the downstairs game room with the pool/ping pong table. Also, having 2 kitchens (especially 2 refrigerators) was a big plus since we usually cook all our own meals. The location was great - well located for the beaches (we especially enjoyed Kiva Beach), hiking and the casinos. We had no problems and Kris was accessible and responsive if we had any questions. Checking out was a breeze. It was a great family vacation and we hope to be able to return to this house again.

House is ok a little small to accommodate 18. 20 mins after check in went out to grab the luggage and someone drove by and yell out go back to where you came from. That really make us uncomfortable. Alotof stuff wasn’t working so I call the owner and he send someone over after 2hrs he got the heater going but ask him to look at the door cause it won’t lock and all he said was I don’t know how to fix it. The guy told me he will be back the next day to fix the tv and never showed up. Hot tub jet wasn’t working and there were a lot of dirt in the water itself end up not using it. Freezer has an ice maker that does not work. 2 bedroom and a bathroom door doesn’t lock. Overall everything else is ok. I’m probably not going to rent this place anymore.
