You can rent our beautiful Studio Timeshare unit in the Marriott Grand Residence in South Lake Tahoe at a fraction of the regular cost.
You can't get any closer to the gondola than this, and have a beautiful studio plus all the amenities you could ask for. And best of all, everything is within walking distance! There are many shops, restaurants, a theater, casinos, live shows, grocery store, visitor center, gondola, etc. You can be on the slopes, hiking on a trail, or at the beach without ever getting in your car. The resort even has it's own outdoor Ice Skating Rink in the winter and miniature golf in the summer.
Our condo has a full kitchen, full bath, queen bed, dining table, security safe, free wireless internet, widescreen TV and DVD.
You get full owner privileges including Free Valet Parking, Free washer & dryer, and Free access to the Owners' Lounge, library and pool table. There is also a large Fitness room, a Spa, Sauna and Steam room.

Please Note: If your dates overlap from a Thursday night to Friday night, you can see if one of our other studio units are available, to check in to. You would need to pay another $111 cleaning fee to Marriott if so.
** CANCELLATIONS: CANCELLATION POLICY: Our standard policy is: No refunds if canceling within 60 days of Check-in date, and a $150 fee if cancelling prior to 60 days. Note: We do NOT provide exceptions due to: road closures, flight cancellations, hurricanes, weather conditions, or air quality due to forest fires. We encourage purchasing travel insurance from a third party (for example: InsureMyTrip). Changing dates, shortening dates, or transfering the reservation to another person, requires a cancellation unless agreed to by the owner.
