Located out of the ''hustle and bustle'' of town but within minutes to all that South Lake Tahoe has to offer! Only ten minutes from Nevada state line for South Lake Tahoe's famous night life & Heavenly ski area. Various lakes, trails, golfing, shopping and dining within minutes drive. Grocery stores and other amenities within 1 mile.

The home has a nice private feel with vacant land across the street. A doctor lives on one side, and a commonly used family cabin on the other. Both are great neighbors and we prioritize making sure our neighbors' "quiet enjoyment" of their home is not interrupted. The neighborhood is great for low traffic, and nice walks or bike rides. This is a quiet neighborhood, and guests will need to be respectful and considerate at all times during their stay! QUIET HOURS: Especially is very important on the hot tub deck while honoring the 10:00PM - 8:00AM quiet times and NO HOT TUB USE imposed and enforced by the county ordinance. Great Retreat
We cannot say anything bad about our stay. It was a wonderful time. The place is a great find. We extend our gratitude to the owners, as they did an amazing job with this place. We celebrated my Mom’s birthday there and our whole family enjoyed our time together there. It was clean. Enough supplies, Erik is great in responding and I would definitely book this place or another property he manages.

todo estubo bien, el alojamiento es muy comodo, las camas son esepcionales, tiene todo lo necesario para una familia de 13 personas que fue nuestro caso. una unica cosa, si vas en tiempo de verano el area de la cocina y sala comedor se calienta mucho, yo recomendaria un sistema de aire acondicion al menos para esta area. sufrimos cocinando el desayuno ya que realmente estaba muy caliente esta area. tambien tubimos un incidente con un oso, ya que mi hermano dejo unos panecillos en su auto y un oso travieso entro en el auto e hizo algunos daños en el asiento y guantera, pero por lo demas disfrutamos la estancia . si volveria a alojarme aqui pero en otras fechas menos calientes, o si actualizan el sistema de enfriamiento.

Great place to stay. Plenty of space for all 11 of us. Only complaints were a few of the bed frames were squeaky and the pool table was not in the best shape. Hot tub was great. Nice deck for eating and sitting around. Plenty of space to eat indoors if you wanted. It was nice enough to eat outside most of the time for us. Kitchen was well supplied. It mentioned there were beach chairs but only found one. Nice having 2 laundry rooms. Good location. Absolutely loved all the trees surrounding the house. I think I can say for the rest of my family that we would love to stay there again some day.

The house is beautiful inside and out, with every amenity you could want for a weekend in the mountains! It is very close to heavenly resort, and not too far from Kirkwood either. After a long day skiing, returning to this cozy spot to relax around the fire, enjoy the hot tub or barbecue some dinner was just right! Property was just as listed. Well equipped home, comfortable for a large family group. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space, yet all be together -location was close to shopping and slopes. Overall a terrific stay, and bonus was newly added bedding and linens- very comfortable! Definitely recommend for large groups, our family thoroughly enjoyed staying there. Game room was a huge hit!!!

We were looking for a house to accommodate our three generation family and we were all very pleased to have selected this one. The house is large, well equipped, clean and fun. Beds were comfortable. TVs and fireplaces all worked well. Kitchen was well equipped. Do bring food prep basics like cooking oil and coffee with you. The spa was a welcome bonus that we all enjoyed. Great stay. Every year six of us who have been friends since middle school get together to see new places and to play poker together. This house was a great venue. It's just about 15 minutes to South Lake Tahoe. It was wonderful being fifteen minutes to the casinos but out in the woods. Eric, the property manager, was excellent. Will definitely rent from him again!

Had a large group of 15 guys and we all fit comfortably! The check in check out process was easy. There was towels and plenty of things in the kitchen we could use. Used the hot tub, the BBQ, everything went smooth and the help was always there to answer any questions.
