In warmer months, head to El Dorado Beach, less than eight miles away, or tee off at Lake Tahoe or Tahoe Paradise Golf Courses, which are within a mile and a half.

Enjoy morning coffee and tranquil mountain views on the front deck. Fire up the gas grill, then dine alfresco at the six-person table on the back deck.

Relax on the sofa with a chaise in the open living room, featuring a 58-inch smart TV, gas fireplace, vaulted ceilings, and hardwood floors. A bonus living area comes with a sofa, 55-inch smart TV with Nintendo Wii, and a gas fireplace. Prepare recipes in the stunning kitchen, equipped with a full suite of sleek stainless steel appliances. Gather for meals around the dining table, which seats 10, or the four-person island bar.

The primary suite features a 43-inch smart TV, gas fireplace, and walk-in closet. The en suite bathroom boasts a double vanity, artisan-style copper soaking tub, walk-in shower, and heated flooring. Complimentary WiFi, a washer/dryer, and an alarm system are provided.

House was beautiful and spacious. The kids loved the bunk beds. The wife loved the kitchen. Hot tub was nice. Great times in this home. I will say that the beds did not feel like queen size beds. They felt more like full size but still enjoyable. Thank you for taking us in!

Great trip and great stay!
Great stay. The house was very clean. Rooms are nice and spread out so it accommodated two families nicely. Kitchen is well stocked! A few more mixing bowls would have been nice. But we figured it out. Excellent place to stay!

Awesome property and customer service
Loved it! The property was great, mostly everything worked like the TV, hot water in showers with good pressure, cleanliness. They even came by with replacement batteries for the e-candles in the living room. Really appreciated their prompt responses for the most part which i could text them. Check out was very easy. Beds were comfy. Lots of cooking utensils I was not expecting. I'd stay here again! It is 15 min drive from town is the only thing to note

Great house and amenities
The house is laid our wonderfully. A few things that would be a welcomed change would be making sure the batteries in all remotes work to use all amenities. The main TV in the living room is in a weird position and angled to awkwardly to view from the couch. Lastly the beds seemed to be not queen size but perhaps full. These things are very small and the house is wonderful overall! Would recommend anyone staying here.

Will never use vacasa again. The trip started by being locked out of the house for over 2 ½ hours as we were given the wrong entry code. We had to sit in the driveway with a car full of groceries. We had to cancel our dinner reservations. Calling over and over as nobody answered.And when they finally did they couldn’t care less. Same issue happened a few days later. We had filled the bear proof trash can and needed it emptied. Nobody ever picked up or called back or came. And same issue again on check out. Had some issues with the lock code and had to leave the key under the mat. Called and called and took hours to get ahold of anyone. I was told by two separate people we would be compensated for the first night and this never happened. Nobody ever responds. I would not recommend a vacasa to anybody. It was an amazing house and amazing location though if you want to chance the customer service issues

Good Base for multi resort ski trip
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We used this house as a base to explore multiple ski resorts over a week. Worked as a good base, but there is nothing right near by. A drive to everywhere but not far to South Lake Tahoe, Heavenly base is only 15 minutes and there are several restaurants and markets within 15 minutes. The house is large, airy, and well appointed. The garage is oversized and easily fits 2 cars and keeps them warm and dry. Kitchen is well set up and open for lots of people. A couple minor annoyances - automatic lights in bathrooms means they come on no matter what - 2am trips lights up whole room. A queen bed in the master is small for the size of room, would prefer king. The master bath does not provide a lot of privacy due to the see through fireplace. There is no code for the garage so going in and out requires exiting via front door and up and down stairs. The heated tile floors was nice in bathrooms. The living room is gorgeous but light on seating. Hot tub was nice but you have to walk across gravel rocks to get there - a little tough on the feet. Overall you won't be disappointed with the house - just know there are are a few little things to work out to make it even better. WOuld be good for two families as the upstairs and downstairs is nicely separated as living areas if needed. The other minor thing is the thermostat is on the lower level so setting it at an appropriate normal temperature in winter results in super hot upstairs...... The communications and directions on use of house from Turnkey was very good and accurate.

Amazing home!
We were a party of 7 (5 adults and 2 kids), who stayed here because it was a central location to Sierra, Adventure Park and Heavenly. The home was beautiful, comfortable and clean. Since I'm the first to review the property, I'd like to give a detailed report. There are two bedrooms upstairs on the main floor floor (master and a bedroom with 2 sets of bunkbeds), 2 full bathrooms (one in the master), and 2 bedrooms downstairs with one full bathroom. The master bedroom has a beautiful bathroom with a copper bathtub and heated floors, which unfortunately we did not get a chance to take advantage of. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen was BEAUTIFUL and well equipped with everything you need. For anyone who loves to cook, you're in for a treat! Minor tip: If you're not used to cooking with stainless steel pots, I suggest you pack a nonstick pan with a nonmetal spatula. There's a beautiful electric fireplace in the main living area that kept the whole upstairs warm and comfortable. The sofa was clean, firm and very comfortable. My only complaint was that the TV in the living room was not set up to be a "smart TV". We could not add apps such as Netflix, Disney plus, etc. so if that is important to you, bring your Firestick. I'm not sure about the other TVs in the home, as we only spent most of our time in the living room space. Downstairs also has an inviting space with a fireplace. The two bedrooms had comfortable beds. There is a hot tub outside that we did not utilize but would love to take advantage of, if we stayed again. There is no fence line in the backyard. That didn't bother us, but I just wanted to add that in as an FYI if you utilized the hot tub, you're open to the neighbors. Lastly, the location was convenient for us because of the activities we planned. Its about 11 miles from Sierra and 7 miles from Heavenly. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much. The home was beautifully decorated with clean and comfortable furniture. We had a jammed packed schedule with so many activities that we didn't get to utilize all the space, features and amenities, but we definitely would stay again!

Family vaca in Tahoe
The home was beautiful and very clean. Everything we needed was in the house. We had a wonderful family vacation at this beautiful home. The only negatives were that the spa was not very clean and was not full. The water that was in it was full of chemicals and the bottom had a lot of sand in it. We had to call for the lock combo because it was not provided. The correct code for the home was not provided. Also, the home is equipt with an AC but it was locked so we couldn’t use it. It got pretty warm in the house at night. The sink faucet is very loose and the dish washer needs to be braced better. Everything else was fantastic. We would stay here again but would ask first about all these things I mentioned.

Lovely Vacation Rental
This house is spacious, comfortable, clean and well-stocked. It is the most well-stocked vacation house I have ever rented. The kitchen was a beautiful space to cook in and it was so much much to cook family meals in it because the hosts had thought of stocking the kitchen with every thing we needed! The beds were so comfortable, there were towels for the hot tub, and they had outdoor games in the garage for us. I would gladly stay here again.
