Welcome to Heavenly Hollow, the cutest little A frame cabin in South Lake Tahoe!
This once short term rental is now a 30+ day rental due to the passing of Measure T which banned short term rentals within the city limits of South Lake Tahoe. The good news is this home is priced so that it’s less expensive to rent for 30 days, then it would be to rent a short term home for 4 weekends. You only pay for all of those expensive fees one time. You will be able to come here and unpack knowing everything will be just as you left it when you return. This home will be your home away from home!

**REQUIREMENTS TO BOOK**
- Must be 25 years or older
- Pay for a $2,000 refundable security deposit
- “Get to know you” phone call with local manager
- A quick walk through of the home is required every 30 days to be scheduled on your time.

**PET RULES**
1. 2 Dogs max - unless otherwise approved.
2. Must pick up all poop or there may be a clean up charge.
3. Do not leave pet unattended unless in a crate (this is when damage happens).
4. Keep dogs leashed while on walks in the neighborhood.
5. Keep pets off furniture and bedding or there may be a pet hair removal charge.
6. Please do your best to wipe your pets paws when they come inside to avoid carpet stains.
**You are responsible for any and all pet related damage including carpet cleans and door scratch repair.

**Failure to treat this home with respect or abide by any of the house rules will automatically result in an eviction and permanent withholding of your $2,000 security deposit. Thank you for understanding!**

**HOME CARE**
Home cleanings, hot tub cleanings, and snow shovelling are scheduled on as needed basis requested by you. Please text our local team to schedule one of them and please allow for up to 24 hours for scheduling times.

**IMPORTANT INFO**
- QUIET NEIGHBORHOOD: In Tahoe it’s so quiet at night that you could hear a pin drop! As a result, we can only host quieter groups that will abide by all of the county laws. Our guests are normally fine as long as they head inside or to the casinos after 10pm. Appreciate your understanding!
- KEEP TAHOE BLUE: Please help us keep Tahoe a natural wonder by appropriately disposing of trash when visiting our beaches and trails. If you pack it in, please pack it out.
- REVIEWS: We kindly ask for understanding and compassion when sharing feedback about this home, just as we strive to approach responding to reviews with empathy. We understand that experiences can vary, and what might not meet one person's expectations could exceed another person’s expectations. - TRAVEL INSURANCE: We highly recommend that all of our lovely guests purchase travel insurance as we normally do not refund for Covid, smoke, fires, weather, snow storms, road closures, etc. 
- WINTER TRAVEL ADVISORY: After the historic Winter of 2023, we recommend 4WD vehicles with snow tires, tire chains and experience driving in the snow. Emphasis on snow tires. Tahoe roads are icy and power outages are common. Please always wear snow boots and walk with care on icy pathways.
- BBQ/DECKS IN WINTER: Due to snow levels and freezing temps, BBQs are not serviced and decks are not shovelled during the Winter but if you can dig it out and there is propane - feel free to use!
- LATE CHECK OUT: Please let us know 24 hours prior to check out, if you wish to request a late check out. First hour is free then $25/hour after that, not to exceed 1pm. Please note our cleaners sometimes travel for up to 1 hour to clean this home so we ask that you please respect the 10am check out time.
- NO AC: Like most homes in Tahoe, there is no AC but we do provide plenty of fans.
- HIGH FIRE RISK: Lake Tahoe is a high-risk fire area. Fireworks, wood fire pits, smoking/improper disposal of cigarette butts and charcoal bbq’s are prohibited.
- BLACK BEARS: Black bears inhabit Lake Tahoe and are attracted to food and trash. Always lock your car doors, roll up windows and view from afar. Please do not feed our bears.
- TOWELS: We supply one bath towel, one wash cloth per occupant and then one hand towel per bathroom.
- SECURITY: Most of our homes have exterior-only security cameras and noise decibel monitoring systems to ensure we are in compliance with the county ordinance but we take our guests privacy VERY seriously. There is never indoor cameras. Most owners only look to see bears and snow levels at their homes :)
- MOUNTAIN CRITTERS: It’s not uncommon at any home in Tahoe to find little mountain mice, spiders, spider webs, ants, mosquitos, etc. Our homes have on-going extermination services but despite our best efforts, these little critters might make their way inside. If found it doesn’t mean a home is dirty, let us know and we will do our best to mitigate such findings.

Great Getaway
We had to find something last minute and this place did the trick. Great location, Close to the stores. This place is smaller than I usually rent and with only 1 bathroom it does make things a little harder. The back yard would be great with a nice patio set and a table to eat around, but the Hot tub & fire pit were awesome. I would visit again.

Great little getaway
Hot tub works perfect. Grill works. The three bedrooms were great and each has its own fan. The kitchen was small but adequately stocked. Overall it was a great place to get away with room for three couples.

We had a great time in this cute little cabin. Very comfortable and super cute decoration which made our stay even more pleasant. Great backyard with lots of outdoor activities. Perfect for a small family.

Cozy ‘cuzzi cabin
This cabin is perfect for a Tahoe getaway with a group or even just with a partner. The backyard is awesome - huge space with tons of games, gas fire pit, a nice grill, and a jacuzzi. It’s just over a mile from the village at Stateline, and maybe a little less to the nearest beach. Management was very professional. Would definitely stay again!

Cute Squishy Cabin
Cabin was in the best location, so clost to heavenly village and the beach. Great backyard for entertaining. Cute and cozy. It did have weird smells but thats what you get in a rustic cabin. Great decor, would definitely love to stay here again one day.

Very poor customer service!!
Overall our experience was horrible as soon as we arrived. And got settled in we prepared dinner by using the oven. 10 minutes into it there was a foul smell or rodent urine. Immediately we called property management and they told us they couldn’t do anything because it was after hours, that we would be contacted in the morning. It smelled so bad and the odor lasted all night. Morning came and we never even received a call. We had to cal back ourselves which led to us experiencing really bad service from property management. They kept giving us the run around by telling us someone would contact us which they never did. Until the end of our stay we never got contacted. We wrote an email to them as soon as we checked out we are waiting on a reply.
