PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
Our house is conveniently located just a few blocks from the lake. We are walking distance to Regan State Beach, and El Dorado Beach (see map), both have public access. The Casinos at Stateline, and the Heavenly Ski Resort are about 2 miles away. Barton Memorial Hospital and Medical Center is 2.8 miles

Public transportation center is 1 1/2 blocks from our house on the main highway, South Lake Tahoe Blvd, in front of the VISITOR CENTER office. The VISITOR CENTER office provides free travel information, maps, brochures and coupon books to local attractions and dining. There are several restaurants, cafe's, liquor store, and bike rental shop just a block and a half down the street on the main highway. All are within walking distance.

The house is cozy and warm in the winter, with forced air central heating, and a full hearth, wood burning fireplace. In the summer, the large, fenced back yard includes a picnic table and bar area for outdoor dining. Our property has street level parking on a paved driveway, with room for two vehicles.

Super location and access to all of South Lake Tahoe!
Very charming little home. Comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen. Great restaurants and public beaches within walking distance. Good place to go year round! Very attentive host/owner.

Great Place in South Lake Tahoe

Great little cabin in a great location
We had such a nice Christmas stay in this little house. It's in a great location, walking distance to bars and restaurants and just a short drive to the casinos. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and condiments. Beds were comfortable. It was perfect for our white Christmas.

Cozy and Convenient Stay
The house was very comfortable for 4 adults. There were restaurants and stores close by so we never felt like we had to drive far unnecessarily. Plus the bus to town/ski slopes is free. The kitchen is very nice and provides a family environment to cook and hang out. I'd recommend staying here for your next South Lake Tahoe visit.

The cabin was perfect for our family! it is incredibly clean and well maintained, and has all supplies you need. The kitchen in particular is very well stocked. The location cannot be beat. Michael is also very communicative and easy to get ahold of with questions. Our family will definitely be back.

Nice, clean, comfortable place. Micheal was very responsive and was gracious enough to let us change our date due to the inclement weather. The kitchen is well stocked with nice cookware and utensils. The place was super clean, centrally located close to stores, restaurants and walking path around the lake. Perfect rental for 2 to 4 people. Would definitely stay again.

Michael is a good host and communicator. Overall nice location but street in front is a bit busy for this neighborhood. Could use a deck or patio in backyard, but overall as pictured and listed accurately. Had a nice stay.Thanks!

Great 2br cottage near the beach
We really enjoyed our 3 night stay during memorial weekend! The house was really cute and homey, perfect for our family of 3 (including a 4 year old). Very clean, had all the amenities including washer/dryer and bath tub. It was walking distance to the beach, playground, bike rental, and restaurants. The owner (Michael) was super friendly and helpful. Easy check-in and check-out. We will definitely be back!

Fantastic Rental
Michael was really communicative and easy going. We had to extend our stay a day and he was really accomodating. The house is in the perfect location, a few minutes from Stateline and a few minute walk to the lake. Lakeview Social was a great bar / eatery that was in walking distance. Overall great experience.

Great safe place!
Host is very responsive and easy to get ahold of. Had zero issues with the place and it was exactly as expected! Would certainly book again. Beds were comfortable and the place had a ton of natural light. Everything seemed clean as well including the dishes and utensils. Just a great experience overall. Do not hesitate to book with Michael.

Charming, Comfortable & Cozy Cabin
This little green house surrounded by trees is warm and inviting, comfortable, calming with a lived-in comfort. A place you would sit yourself down and enjoy a welcoming cup of tea or a glass of wine and good company after spending the day at the lake. The cottage was clean; tidy, neat and orderly, everything one could possibly need to make it a comfortable stay. Excellent location to all amenities, the beach, the lake and the casinos. The owner Michael was gracious and hospitable to work with, from the time we made reservation up until our stay. Overall, it was a wonderful relaxing time and look forward to returning some point in the future.
