Outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate that the property leads to a popular walking and snowshoe path and meadow.

Settle into this sunny studio that includes a well-equipped, kitchenette with a full-size refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. Sit at the table for two to dine together, go online on your laptops, or play a couple of rainy day games, while the provided TV is ready to let you stream all your favorite channels.

THINGS TO KNOW
Tahoe is home to many animals. You may experience bears, raccoons, mice, and other animals. Meadows are home to many rodents. When these areas are filled with water or snow, these animals move to homes in the area. You may experience these animals in or near your home.
TV streaming services require guest accounts to access.
While chains are required in vehicles in winter, a 4x4 or equivalent is recommended.
Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. In addition to noise, trash disposal, and parking rules, maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
