Very affordable and conveniently located. The bathroom was not the cleanest but for how inexpensive the stay was, the prime location of the property, and how comfortable the room was, I can overlook a super clean bathroom. This was my second time staying at A&A and I'd stay there again.
I loved this property. Me and my son first time in South Lake Tahoe and they where we stayed at just made it much better. Eveything was walking distance. The snowtubing, breakfast , burger spots , tacos places , CVs is right across the street, I loved this place and can’t wait to go back next year I will stay here again .! Thank for much
We checked in with this property. The lady had to ask us six times if we had any animals, we got our room key put our stuff on the bed. Quickly looked at the room noticed there was a small wet spot by the bathroom not a big deal. Left the room and went to dinner when we came back we noticed the heater was not on the room so it was freezing and and upon further inspection when I’ve installed water spot on the floor was actually water damage leaking down the wall behind the bed Would not recommend this if it’s on a budget would’ve sucked up the motel fee and found a different place to stay
It was dirty. room heater is either too hot or cold. TV remote don't work. they didn't clean the room at all where I stayed there for 3 nights. lobby is closed in the morning and day time where I can't tell them to clean my room. I need to go get toilet paper, shampoo and tower from lobby in the evening or night time to talk to motel owner.
There was trash under my bed, it was also the least comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. The WiFi was spotty at best, they never once came around to clean my room. The only thing going for this place is the location, can’t beat Tahoe.
If I could give this room less than a star, I would. Room was dirty and old, it had bugs and hair in the shower, carpet was not clean. In addition to that we came back from breakfast and seen our bathroom mirror shattered all over the floor and the lady at reception said wait an hour for them to come clean it up. So she wanted us to use the restroom and walk around glass for an hour. However, maintenance guy Rick was nice enough to come clean it up right away. I had to ask the lady three times to come and vacuum the rest of the glass on the floor and she never came. Our room was never cleaned or vacuumed the whole weekend.
The television was not functioning, and the front desk staff were unable to resolve the issue due to a lack of instructions. Additionally, there was a noticeable presence of individuals whose behavior appeared questionable. The ice machine was also out of order, and there was a lack of drinking water available.

You get what you pay for. Rm 102 had a wheelchair shower with a seat which I loved
The room was not cleaned prior to our check-in, with hairs and toothpaste on the countertop and urine on the toilet seat. The floor was not vacuumed and there were many large stains on the carpet. Furnishings all sub-par. One bedside lamp did not have a bulb. Outlets were not accessible from bedside. Residue on microwave and refrigerator. Immediately upon arrival 2 guests greeted us and told us how a bear was eating from the overflowing dumpster in the parking lot the night before. Check-in office was in disarray with stacks of mail and personal items scattered about. WiFi too slow to stream anything. 0 stars, do not recommend.
The staff was friendly and helpful. However, the area inside the property was dirty, and the smell of weed was very strong. Some folks openly smoked weed outside of their rooms but within the management property without any hesitation that would bother others. Management should have a policy to control the weeds and smoke.
The shower was very dirty. There was mold on the curtains. The toilet had poop stains. The sink was also clogged and water would back up but go back down after a while. The beds were nice. There was a weird smell in the room The area is very nice but my main problem was the bathroom. For the price of 600 dollars, you would expect something nicer.
