Spectacular 8 bedroom, 3.5 bath historic home completely renovated! Central air, all new plaster and paint, refinished beautiful hardwoods, beautiful new white kitchen cabinets, granite counters, stainless appliances, 2 stackable washer/dryers, all tastefully decorated furniture and bedrooms that include all comfortable beds, large wall mounted flat screen TV in the living room. Perfect set up for multiple families to vacation together and large enough for Wedding Parties! Hardwoods throughout, new kitchen, new bathrooms, large bedrooms and generous back deck for grilling on those warm summer nights with 3 large patio tables and umbrellas with plenty of chairs. Linens and towels are provided as well as all bedding and beach towels. Enjoy your privacy in the back yard situated on a 1/2 acre. We provide plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys and coolers. This home is in the perfect location. Narragansett Town Beach is just 2.5 miles away, and also close to more beautiful beaches such as Scarborough State beach and Roger Wheeler State beach. Roger Wheeler State beach leads to Galilee where you can board the Block Island Ferry or enjoy all the shops and renowned restaurants, or go fishing off the rocks and watch the boats go by in the breachway. This home is also walking distance to downtown historic Wakefield where you will find plenty of shops, popular restaurants, famous Brickleys Ice Cream, and the well-known 7 mile South County bike path. BIKE RENTALS located less than 1/2 mile walking distance to the house at W.E. Stedmans Bike shop.. Basketball, tennis courts and softball fields are about 1 mile away. South County Commons is a quaint development with more shops and restaurants and a movie theater about 5 minutes away.

Perfect for a family getaway. My kids traveled from Texas, Florida and Pennsylvania to celebrate my birthday. House was spacious and accommodated all 14 of us. Would recommend !

Great place for a Family Reunion

Perfect for friends reunion!

Perfect for a family gathering ...
This property was perfect for us to gather for a wedding locally - lots of bathrooms for people getting ready for the event, lots of seating space for eating and hanging out in the kitchen-dining-living room areas. Breakfasts were a breeze and the kitchen was well stocked with what we needed. Beds comfortable and the whole house was very clean and ready for us with no issues. Easy check-out - a great overall experience.

A perfect house!
I had my bachelorette party in RI and needed a place for 9 of my closest ladies to stay (plus myself) and this was genuinely the perfect house! It was centrally located to so many restaurants and not too far from the day time activities we had booked. The house was clean and really well stocked! We keep joking that we might need to have an annual girls trip here because it was that perfect! Highly recommend!

Girls get together
We really liked our stay. Having our own bedrooms was wonderful. The house was clean but could use a good scrub. I would give 5 stars but there were just a few things that didn’t work. The front door didn’t work well so we had to go in/out through the back, The chandelier in the front hall was broken. The dishwasher only worked on one setting which took us a day to figure out. The Property Manager was very responsive when needed. I would recommend this house if they fix a few things.

Amazing property
Perfect rental for a family gathering...the open concept and casual beachy feel all done so well! Beds very comfortable plenty of towels and blankets...we can't say enough The backyard has a nice level area for kids to play and plenty of patio furniture. You can walk to the quaint downtown for ice cream ! Close to the beaches and grocery stores and coffee shops ...

Family wedding
This home was awesome!!!! It was perfect for our family to be together to celebrate our granddaughters wedding in south Kingston. From the yard where the grandkids played soccer and football, to the huge dining table that fit everyone, to the well supplied kitchen that provided a big lobster bake the last night and of course the comfortable beds!!! The location was perfect and so close to Shepards Run where the wedding and festivities took place!!!!

Perfect Rhode Island Getaway
We had a family vacation with 18 people total (11 adults and 7 children). The house was perfect for such a large gathering with plenty of communal areas for all 18 of us to share meals and play board games and do puzzles. The outdoor area was also perfect for the children to play and to grill and have outdoor activities. The town of Wakefield was very walkable and had great restaurants, biking and walking trails. It was also central to several beaches and close to Newport for your tourist attractions. We highly recommend this property and location for your Rhode Island getaway.

Friend reunion with kids and babies
This house was perfect for a weekend getaway for several families with young kids. The space and layout were perfect for multiple families with little kids. There was plenty of dining and living room space, gorgeous outdoor space, and a large well equipped kitchen for cooking for a crowd. Everything was extremely clean and well maintained and the logistics (check in and out, etc.) couldn't have been easier. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We hope to be back next year!

Perfect house for our multi generational family. Enough room, comfy beds, a back deck, hanging out room. Robin was so responsive to any questions or concerns. We especially appreciated all the beach towels and linens. There was an endless supply. Highly recommend for a group.

Perfect House
This house was the perfect house for a beach family reunion! It was spotless and beautiful, filled with light, and had all the amenities you could ask for! From a well equipped kitchen to beach equipment, you provided everything needed. Location was perfect, close to beaches and old Wakefield. We had 4 families and had space to spare. Nice space for multiple families
Great house to gather with multiple families and have a cookout. We rented house for one night to host a surprise 40th birthday celebration. We had 5 families drive in from ny, ma, ct, and ri. We were very comfortable, house was well equipped, clean, and beautifully decorated. We would like to do it again and stay longer. Convenient to grocery store. Showers were nice.

Perfect Setting For Large Group
This house was perfect for what I was looking for, which was a relaxing weekend with enough accommodations for a group of people. It is within walking distance of downtown Wakefield if you want to grab an ice cream at Brickley's or a beer at Mews. It is within ten minutes drive of Narragansett Town Beach and Scarborough. There are shopping plazas within less than five minutes away for any supplies that you may need. Robin was also very accommodating and communicative.

Family Vacation
Overall great vacation. House is situated close to US 1 for easy access north and south, but local road traffic was heavier than anticipated, but not to the point of disturbing our free time around the house. No problems encountered with amenities in the house, although grill could use some maintenance, but got heavy use. Beaches are within 5 minutes and local grocery stores very close. Loved the area. House was in good order, suggest more lounge seating in large living room.

Great stay
We had such a wonderful time at this house! It was within walking distance to Wakefield and perfect for our multigenerational family. We utilized all the amenities and had so much fun exploring the nearby area for our annual family vacation. Please note the property manager expects the house to be left in mint condition upon departure, despite the large cleaning fee. We followed check out process and were docked our cleaning fee because there was food on the ground and the fridge needed to be cleaned (which apparently calls for extra cleaning crew?) When questioned, we were accused of breaking the washing machine door. We had reported it broken during our stay, and property manager claimed it was from “a child swinging on it”, which actually never could have happened. With all that being said, we made wonderful memories and I would highly recommend staying here!
