"Occasionally you unearth a diamond and despite its name Tumbleweed is the brightest of diamonds!! Fabulous welcome and shown around the room with explanation on dinner ( if required) and breakfast order. Rooms are very well equipped and decorated to a very high standard- amazingly comfortable bed with high quality simba mattress. The tea and coffee tray is accompanied by biscuits chocolate and small fruit juices - lovely touch ! I really enjoyed staying here and without doubt will be returning-...

"What I particularly liked and the primary reason I booked a stay at this B&B was the proximity to the village of Spridlington. A 3 mile country road walk to the church where some of My ancestors are buried. The bonus was how welcoming the hosts were providing a hardy breakfast each morning and friendly chats. The en suite room was very comfortable and quiet."

"I booked this room for my three sons (all in their 20's) for a University of Lincoln Graduation. The room was very clean and comfortable and what I expected for the very reasonable price that was charged which also included breakfast. The bed linen and towels were nice and fresh. The shower room was shared between several rooms but was always available when my sons went to use it. The owner is very friendly and helpful and allowed me to pay on checkout which is rare nowadays. "
