Very poor communication!
We booked our stay to the “Quiet house” Property : #93043452 in September 2024. We attempted contacting our host a few days before arriving for some details with no success. Upon arrival to Anguilla for our 2 week visit, we attempted to communicate with the host again with no luck. With help from our car rental company “Andy’s”, they found out that the host Omari had booked the place to someone else. Thank goodness with the help from Andy’s they found us a place that we could stay. The good thing is that the time spent on the phone with the VRBO customer support was successful on receiving us a refund from that VRBO.
