Did some kayaking and swimming...Had a bonfire.. Did some site seeing...Don't miss Ausable Chasm and Texas Red Hots (2miles north). The owners, were so friendly, accommodating and helpful. "First of all. We didn’t know the water wasnt potable so we had to grab our own. When we pulled up it’s a barn attached to a house and you have to walk up two flights of stairs to get to the “apartment” it’s a barn so lots of black flies upstairs so we didn’t use the beds. Spiders all over the place. Beach was beautiful and overall the place was very peaceful but the shower we didn’t use because we didn’t trust the water. Not a place I would take a child under 7. "This was our second time at camp pocomoonshine for a girls trip we enjoyed the lake during the day we brought our paddle boards and cruised around the lake and evenings on the enclosed porch watching the sun go down also the record player was a hit and of course the hot tub to end the evening would definitely stay again we may try and make it an annual trip"
