This active area is centrally located for easy access to dining, shopping and outdoor recreation. Park in the nearby free permitted lot and put your keys away for your stay. Watch the sunset on the large deck located on the river that is reserved for Colonial residents. This bright and newly updated space will not disappoint!

Great location - clean and comfortable!
We had everything we needed at the condo. Very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with pans, utensils, dishware, etc. Check in was easy. Parking was convenient. Enjoyed walking to restaurants and shops. Beach is within walking distance, too. Highly recommend for a family of 4.

Comfortable Condo
We enjoyed our three day stay in South Haven, even though the weather was cool & cloudy. The condo was very clean, comfortable & conveniently located to the beach & shopping. Highly recommend for two-three people.

It was a great location...walking distance to shopping, dining, downtown, and the beach. The deck was a great place to watch the boats going in and out of the harbor. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed.

Lovely place!
We had a great stay here with our 3 year old daughter. Condo was lovely, clean and lots of practical items to use, including plenty of towels and coffee. Within walking distance of plenty of restaurants downtown, the beach (use a wagon or stroller with a young one), and it’s on the Harbor Walk downtown. We would definitely stay here again!

This Condo is perfect it was just my husband and I. It was very clean well furnished comfy bed. Love the Patio that you can sit on and watch boats coming in and out on the river. Within walking distance to everything. Owner is extremely easy to work with! Perfect Spot!

Condo was very cute & newly remodeled. It had everything we needed including plenty of towels & nice bedding. It was a close walk downtown. The deck in the building had a great view of the Black River & drawbridge.

Our second year at Waters Edge! We love the location the unit is perfect for us. It’s always very clean. And lacks nothing. The Host is very easy to communicate with and very responsive. We look forward to spending many more stays at this location.

My children and I had a wonderful time in South Haven and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Water’s Edge! The centralized location made for easy access to the beach and downtown area. The unit itself was beautifully updated, clean, and had everything we needed. Communication with the owner was a breeze and very timely. I guarantee anyone renting this location will be satisfied and I will definitely be considering staying here in the future!

Great location
The condo was decorated nicely and all of supplies we needed for cooking. Plenty of bedding andvthe beds were comfy. The deck is one of the best parts. Enjoyed a glass of wine while watching the boats come and go. Everything is within walking distance. I highly recommend this place. The only downfall was the floors were a bit sandy and we hadn't been on the beach yet..

We were very impressed with this condo. We have stayed in several in this building but must say this one was the nicest and had every amenity you could need. Owner was very responsive and we would totally recommend it. Only concern is that we will have trouble getting it if we praise it.

Girl time getaway
Great property for a small girl’s weekend. The location was great. We walked everywhere! The riverside deck was a nice place for a morning cup of coffee or an evening cocktail and snack. They only slight critique would be you cannot run the coffee maker and microwave at the same time without tripping the power strip. We had a lovely long weekend and would definitely go back.

We have been coming to SOHA few times a year for Over 40 years. This was our first time Staying in this condo and it was lovely. It was perfectly clean and exactly what the pics online shown. It was meticulously clean. Small and quaint and perfect. The location couldn’t be more perfect between north and south beach and in the heart of downtown. Wel will be back !

Location was perfect; unit was as described; everything was very easy to deal with and we were completely satisfied with our experience. Only issue (and this obviously wasn't the hosts' fault) was that the unit above us was SO LOUD and we could hear EVERYTHING. They were active and noisy even at 2am which is difficult for folks with small children.

Wonderful condo
The condo was in superb condition and had more than enough furnishings & amenities for our stay (unlike another condo in the same building we rented 3 years ago). However, unlike the other condo, this one faces Dyckman Avenue and the street noise is quite loud. That might have been because of the July 4 holiday. Otherwise, the condo was excellent -- clean and fully furnished.
