Enjoy the perfect location that South Haven has to offer. Sit on the association deck and watch all the boats coming in and out of the harbor. Updated street level condo offers living room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 and a half baths, and an elevated outdoor deck overlooking the Black River.

When you enter the condo you will be welcomed by a big entry area. Just of this entry to the right is bedroom 1and to the left is bedroom 2. Splitting the 2 bedrooms is a half bathroom. Walk straight ahead into the dining area with seating for 6 (a leaf is available to maximize table size) and then into the main living area. Open concept living room/ kitchen area with fireplace and additional dining area as well. 

Near the kitchen you will, find the first of the full bathroom with a walk-in shower. Then you enter the primary bedroom with a 4-post king bed and a primary ensuite you have to see. The owner kept the old school charm but added updated amenities as well. From the weathered sink to the high tank pull chain toilet, and then the claw foot soaker tub. The tub also has a shower.

The Black River flows between you and Lake Michigan with beautiful scenic views. Awesome location with easy walking to North Beach, Dykman Beach, South Beach, and even downtown South Haven for your shopping, eating, and nightlife. Arrive, park your car, and don't get in it again for your entire trip. Easy access to North Beach and Dykman beach via the draw bridge as well as just steps away from kayaking, jet skiing on the Black River. Bike riding is a breeze with the Kal Haven Trail, just a short ride to the trailhead.

Perfect Location and Stay in South Haven

The property is perfectly nestled between downtown and the beach. Short walk to everything!! The property was clean, cozy, spacious and had everything we needed! Thank you for a great family vacation!

Our recent stay

This condo is in a perfect location. The place was just as advertised, and my family and I really enjoyed our stay. The unit was very big (almost too big for a family of 4), but was very happy because we all had a lot of space. Will definitely book Colonial Condos again.

South Haven Fun

The location of the property is top notch. We could easily walk to North Beach and take a stroll on both piers. It’s so nice to be so close to downtown and never get in your car again if you don’t want to! The condo was a lovely size for all 6 of us. The balcony to watch the bridge and boats is a great perk. It’s an old building so has the old charm.

Spacious, beautiful master, ground level unit, with a great deck.

Our stay was for the most part wonderful, 2nd bathroom was great. Very spacious unit and love the kitchen, appliances are older but all work well. Master bath needs a mat in the tub to take a shower it becomes very slippery when wet. The 1st shower off the foyer is leaking quite bad on the left and the wood trim.
