In addition to the primary suite, the upper level also has 3 guest bedrooms, a full bathroom with shower tub combo, and a laundry room with washer and dryer.
Kids and those young-at-heart will love the lower-level bunk room and game area, complete with pop-a-shot basketball and board games. The lower-level also has a full bathroom with shower and a workout room with exercise equipment.

The association swimming pool at the marina is only open in the summer months (Memorial - Labor Day). The association swimming pool and hot tub near the house is open year-round for your enjoyment. Neither swimming pool or the hot tub is private to the house or on the home's property.
There is an association fire pit you are welcome to use. Wood is not provided.
