Aspen Retreat comfortably sleeps eight with a master suite that offers an adjoining full bathroom. Two more bedrooms and a second full bathroom just down the hall. Located in Ponderosa Pines and close to the Rio Grande, you are likely to be greeted by deer and turkeys during your stay.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
