"We really liked the property and room and the owners were very helpful when we needed assistance. The only reason I’m not giving it an overall 5 stars is because instead of being charged half of the fee upon booking (like it stated we would be), we were charged the entire fee when we got there. That might not be a big deal for some, but for our young family it did complicate things a bit. "

"This little house was absolutely lovely! The views are amazing - you are literally right on the cliffside and have a view of the ocean from the living room and the bedroom. It's got a decent kitchen, and a great bathtub. It's also only 2 miles from Pt Cabrillo lighthouse, so you can easily walk there. Great stargazing, too. One of the best places I've stayed!"

"we definitely enjoyed our stay! The only thing was I guess I should have mentioned I have a mobility issue so navigating to the front door was an issue. I we return in the future I would have chose Gualala cabin bc of the sunset view was perfect for January. Thanks for the bottle of wine we were celebrating our 49th Anniversary!"

"Came to stay here for a 3 day weekend with my father. We both found everything comfortable and while it took a while to heat the place up, it was very cozy once things got to a warmer temp. This house is a 10 mins drive away from a lot of great areas of Mendocino and Fort Bragg which was very convenient. We also appreciated the board game selection!One large issue for us was that the water was dark yellow. Our first notice of this was with the toilet because it looked like someone had forgotten...
