All the staff are supper friendly. Bedrooms are up a flight of stairs and of course, in a village pub, there is no lift, so if you have problems climbing stairs. maybe not here. If ever we are in this area, we would have no hesitation in booking The Black Lion."

For example, the tub is higher than normal and would be problematic if you are older. Heat seemed to be missing except in the bathroom. Still, we would easily stay there again when we return. "
