"The property is a very luxurious and new building. The suites are well appointed and the bathroom is huge. The sea views are breathtaking and one can walk straight onto the secluded beach. We felt safe with the security and the area seems safe too. We have travelled the world and would rate this as one of the best luxury stays we have had. The host, Alida was so welcoming and ensured we had a great fresh baked breakfast."

"The location and setting was perfect, very tranquil and peaceful. Enjoyed the walk around the picturesque golf course. Just what we wanted for the 4 night long weekend. Hotel, restaurant and golf club staff were very accommodating, polite, keen and very patient. However the Spa service was poor, no communication as to the treatment requirements or during the actual treatment, probably the worst massage I have had. The time period for the treatment was supposed to be 50 minutes but the masseuse left quietly after 35 minutes. Wouldn't recommend the Spa if visiting this hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable but does require some maintenance throughout. The hotel breakfast was spot on, but did have an issue with overcooked food for dinner, on the one night that we ate in the hotel restaurant, this was reported it to the head chef who assured us that the issue would be be investigated and rectified. The meals we had at the golf club house were found to be decent with no problems. Really enjoyed the facility and hotel ambience. "

"Been to Blue Marlin in 2022 it was an unforgettable experience and fast became a firm favourite as a family get away. We were astounded by the food and service. We highly reccommended this resort to our family and friends. Our recent visit was shockingly and dismally disappointing. The food was below average especially for the price. The majority of workers were reluctant to serve us and took our drink menu after we had already completed our meals. Our bed had no sheets on them. The bar could not serve us even though we were enjoying the pool. We were asked to place orders at the resturant. There was no music playing at the bar killing the ambience. The pressure in the shower was so low bathing became uncomfortable barely getting enough water. Unfortunately we will not be recommending this place and maybe we will return when the standards resume to what we had experienced previously. "
