About 30 mins after booking and paying in full (non-refundable) the property called and informed us that they were overbooked and did not have any rooms at the same price point available. We had the option to pay for an upgrade but this was unacceptable. After some discussion, the property relocated us to an off-site accommodation. This would normally not be an issue but there was not a EV charger at this other accommodation (the resort did have a charging station but would not be able to shuttle us back if we left the car to charge overnight). Yes, the level chargers available would require an overnight charge due to the late hour). "

The communication with the property manager was fast and efficient. We had a large group of 14 people (kids included) and we all felt comfortable. We can’t wait to stay there again!"
