"Do not prepay if u have to check out early they will not refund you I booked 3 nights had to check out 1 night early went to do my check out at 9:15 am. Check out went fine till I ask for my refund. No refund. "The experience would have been amazing but the room never did quite heat up and the temperature outside was about 10 degrees so I froze the entire night I was cold and it just wouldn't the room would just was just not good and warm"

I would stay again.

"This was my second time staying at this hotel, and it did not disappoint. Was greeted again with a super nice lady at the front desk. Every employee I encounter with there is super friendly. Breakfast is always the same but not bad, it's simple and appreciated. There could be some upgrades to the rooms. My shower floor had a small crack in it but really other than that this hotel was great for my work trip. Will be back next month. "
