"My husband was at Wesley Hospital for 6-7 days, I needed safe, 5 star hotel for restaurant, room service, & convenience to hospital. Ambassador did not disappoint. This staff both customer service & restaurant for both breakfasts & dinners were exemplary. I would recommend staying if you have high expectations along with food things as my love languages of life. Not to mention the delicious vanilla lattes every morning. "

"It was clean when entering but the location of the room and the lobby area made it to where it was hard to rest. We were dealing with a death and really wanted to relax. There were kids out until past 11 PM and unfortunately kids playing in banging on our door while sleep. Then out playing football and soccer at 7am in the lobby. "Best breakfast buffet I have seen at a hotel. This hotel was very clean, very quiet, and I loved the outdoor area for my pups next to the tables, fire pit and music. Will definitely stay again!"

"I did not stay at this property. The entire place was filthy and there were undersirable people hanging around the parking lot and in the lobby as We arrived. Requested to see the room and staff stated ' Did you see the pictures on the website"?. The rooms smelled and the carpet, chairs, walls and bedspread were covered with stains.and vomit in the elevator. "
