Property was clean and best thing I like is kitchen very spacious and bathroom and room at level -1 was good.I didn’t like the ground floor room and bathroom.Ground floor bathroom was not good because the bathing area had a tub and water shower was leaking water everywhere there was not air conditioning or ceiling fan in the basement rooms.Washing machine makes a terrible noise while cleaning.Play station was committed while booking but actual there was no PlayStation.House entry code was not confirmed I had to struggle hard for half an hour to call and get things going. No communication of Wi-Fi password I had to call again to get it connected. It was hot outside and there is no fan in the ground floor room and no fan on top of the couch in living area.At least portable fan and AC should be installed in each location to tackle the hot weather.

Contact Host Regarding Amenities
This place was fine, but I want to caution you about the accuracy of the listing. This house has no lake view or lake access. It has no air conditioning (except for a very loud portable unit that you can set up on the upper level), which makes the house very humid. There is a fair amount of carpet, so everything felt a bit damp. This was probably the most upsetting part and kind of ruined our first day. The house was like 85 degrees and the upstairs was even hotter. Very uncomfortable and grossly humid. The master bedroom is not private. It is attached to the bunkbed room. No door. No way to make it private at all. Always nice to have a stocked kitchen, but some of the food is expired. No DVD player. Slow internet. Decor is a bit shabby. Window coverings are paper held up with chip clips. Kitchen could use a good de-greasing. HOWEVER, the backyard is astonishing. It's acres of wetland with great critters, plants, and sounds. So peaceful and beautiful! We saw all kinds of birds, frogs, chipmunks, and even an otter! What a great place to enjoy your coffee or read a book! We visited the Grotto, Halfway Log Dump, and Sauble Beach. All incredible - but they are a bit of a drive. Worth it, for sure! Dinner at the Green Door Cafe was lovely. Hot tub worked fine. Beds were comfortable. Host was very responsive. Once we got over the disappointment/surprise about lake access, privacy, and A/C, we had a nice visit.
