Rowdiness, excessive noise, loud music, etc. are all grounds for removal. Our neighbors are all families who have children. - three settings 1) off 2) doorbell like chime upon opening 3) siren when door is open
✔ Fence - there is a fence around the entire backyard
✔ On both sides of the house, there is a gate, but children under the age of 8-10 can't get through those gates, so they can't walk around the house to get to the pool
✔ Street Gate - there is a big gate behind the shed of the side street - we don't keep this locked as we have pool maintenance people in and out all the time, but we put a padlock on the gate, so if you want lock it off so kids can't go in or out, the code to the pad lock is the same as the guest code for the doors

To be respectful of the neighbors , please be mindful of noise levels between 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. Any complaints from neighbors will incur a $50 fee enforceable by renting the property.
