Beautiful Remodeled Home very close to Notre Dame

Hi, thank you for your interest in our house. The house is completely remodeled in 2021 with pretty much new everything including all appliances, bedrooms sets, TV's, etc. It is located within walking distance to ND with plenty of parking. The house contains five total bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. There are three bedrooms with queen size beds on the main floor and two additional bedrooms in the finished basement. The basement has a kid's bunk beds and a twin size bed in one room, and another full size bed in another room. The backyard has two decks that are great for hosting get togethers. We have put a lot of effort in remodeling this house and we think you will enjoy your stay with us. Thank you for your consideration.

Fantastic game-weekend getaway
This property is beautiful, has all the needed amenities, and is conveniently located close to campus. Check-in was easy and host was easily accessible when needed, and ammunition was quick. A great price for 10 of us to stay together. Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic property for ND weekend! Comfortable stay for families, with plenty of space. Great backyard to eat, hang and play. Very short drive to campus, walkable to campus and stadium as well. Best Location Ever
We recently visited this lovely, very tidy, home for ND graduation. Very easy to communicate with our host, tidy, comfortable beds, and for us, close to campus! We enjoyed walking neighborhood upon arrival and sidewalks were convenient. Martins grocery just down street for coffee creamer and morning juice. Although close to campus, we did drive, but only few minutes. Wonderful visit. THANK YOU

Excellent Rental for ND Football Weekend
Our host was very responsive to some upfront questions and very accommodating. The house itself was great. Plenty of room and plenty of sleeping arrangements. Kids loved the bunk beds. House is within walking distance to ND campus, which is a huge plus.

Perfect for a Large Group, walkable to ND
We stayed at the house for a Notre Dame game weekend with 6 total people. The house was clean, seemed recently renovated and was much bigger than it looked online. We had room for many more people if we had wanted to do that. The location was walkable to campus and the football stadium which was important to us and Huy was a helpful and friendly host. Would certainly recommend this house to anyone looking for a good place to stay near campus!
