Located in the premier neighborhood in South Bend tucked in a corner between Notre Dame campus, Eddy Street Commons and downtown South Bend. Easy walk to football games, tailgating, or any other event at Notre Dame.

Indoors, you can watch your favorite game or show on one of the 7 smart TVs. There's lots of room to spread out among the 5 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, and 2 fully stocked kitchens. We offer 2 stoves, a full oven upstairs and toaster oven downstairs, 2 full-sized fridges, 2 microwaves, 2 coffeemakers, plates, cups, bowls, mugs, pots, pans, utensils, and other cookware. There's a dedicated office space with a large, 6ft wide desk and lots of natural light, perfect for working from home. There's also a second desk/workspace in the basement.

The home is in a quiet neighborhood, located 0.3 miles to the closest point of Notre Dame's campus. It is less than 1 mile to Notre Dame stadium and 0.5 miles to Eddy Street Commons. It is also about 1 mile to downtown South Bend. Overall, it is centrally located and an extremely easy walk to campus or downtown, for any event you are here for!

There is plenty of free parking on the street and in the back yard at the end of the alley way.

For the safety and security of our guests, please note that we have two outdoor cameras on site, one in the front and one in the back.

We might be able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out depending on our cleaners' schedule for the day. They charge a small fee for this, but don't hesitate to ask us and we'll see if we can make it happen. Just keep in mind that this service isn't always available since it depends on our cleaners' availability.

In order to receive the entry code for your stay:
- All guests must sign the renters agreement.
- $500 refundable security deposit must be submitted. In some cases, the deposit will be automatically held on the card you used for your booking. In other cases, we may need to send you a link to place your security deposit.
- Picture of ID must be provided.
- All information must match
You will not gain entry until all of these are completed. You will receive links in a message as well as your email.

House rules are stated in the renters agreement along with the associated fees for breaking those rules.
