Police refused my party to step foot on property due to drug deal. Hotel refusing to answer the phone and refund me.

This was the worst experience upon arrival! Horrible smell throughout, room wasn’t ready upon even a later check in time, and would not issue any refund on a week stay booking. Expedia also did nothing to accommodate the inconvenience. Horrible customer service for both hotel and booking company.
