Awesome unbeatable location! This 3bdrm is a 10 min stroll to campus, has EVERYTHING for perfect wknd, short, long-term rentals too! Practically loc’d on campus, absolutely booming on gamedays. Location can't be beat! Large backyard, bsmt storage, ALL furnishings taken care of. Comfortably sleeps 6 w/beds, 7 w/two large couches plus air matts. Eddy Commons, Trader Joe's around corner. ALWAYS flexible/negotiable, 5-Star Ratings!
