Summary:
Stay in a newly remodeled home just outside of Notre Dame campus. Designed for short term rentals, this home is perfect for your ND weekend getaway. The home features a large living room with pull out couch, dining area, full kitchen with appliances and essential items for cooking, 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Great patio area with table, chairs, fire pit and BBQ Grill and private back yard, the washer & dryer are available guest use.
Private backyard, with patio. Ample off street parking is also available.

2 of the bedrooms come with queen sized beds.

The Neighborhood:
This home is located just off of Twyckenham Dr., south of the ND campus. You are less than a 5 minute walk to campus, and very close to Eddy Street Commons where they are many dining and shopping options available.

Getting Around:
If you want to escape the crowds, try exploring downtown South Bend, or nearby Mishawaka. Both are less than 5 miles from the house. Mishawaka also has a large shopping district on the north side of town, with shops and dining, also within a 10 minute car ride.

1. Guests will be charged in full for any damage or violations of the house rules below.

2. Guests must be 18+ years of age to make a reservation.

3. All guests must complete HomeStayHQ’s online check-in form to stay with us. This may require a photo of guests’ government-issued ID and personal information to verify their identity and comply with regulatory requirements.

4. Check-in starts at 4 pm. Checkout is at 11 am. Early check-in or late checkout may be requested but is not guaranteed. Guests who stay beyond their designated checkout time or delay our housekeeping staff are liable for any associated costs and expenses.

5. Smoking/Vaping violations are subject to a 250 USD fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, or repair damages. Illegal drugs of any kind are prohibited and not allowed on the property, including Marijuana.

6. Parties, gatherings or events and excessive noise are not allowed, including outside on private balconies, decks, patios or shared spaces, only the guests you listed are allowed on the property. Please respect our neighbors!

7. Do not share access to the property with anyone other than who’s on your guest list.

8. Commercial business work without written consent, illegal activity, and possession of firearms are strictly prohibited.

9. Overnight guests that exceed the number stated in the reservation are not allowed.

10. Pets are not allowed. Violation of our pet policy may result in a fine. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay.

11. Guests are responsible for covering the cost to replace lost keys, key cards, fobs, or parking passes.


12. Guests take full responsibility for loss, injury, or damage that occur on the premises and its facilities. Guests must report any property damage to customer service. Unreported damages will be charged to the guest’s credit card.

13. Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to comply with the House Rules. Guests who violate these rules are liable for any associated damages, fees, costs, or expenses and may be removed from the property.
