"It was great and the view we where so close to the beach. Walking distance and safe. Plus the pool was warm even though it was cold outside. Parking was great since I did not Want to go look for public parking the staff was so attentive and very nice. "

"Loved our time at La Jolla Shores. Amazing location, with a cute little village across the street with restaurants and shops. Such a great area to walk (in either direction!) The hotel itself was beautiful. As some other reviews have said, it could use a little TLC. Everything was clean and fine you could just tell some stuff a bit outdated. The shower head was about 5ft up which my 6’4 husband didn’t love. Only negative was one night after dinner out we weren’t ready to call it so came into the bar for a drink before bed. The bartender was sooo rude it was kind of awkward. Another group came in after us and he scared them off, we left after one quick drink. Front desk and cleaning staff were amazing!"
