So our room is actually not non smoking as our neighbours chained smoked and thus the smoke drifts into your room and cannot enjoy the balcony you paid extra for. Complained to management but all they did was move them to the next room down. Smoke still drifts and was unpleasant and spoilt our stay. Simple resolution is have smokers stay with balcony’s facing Dean st and non smokers...
