"S'il est supérieur à 10/10, il mérite bien plus. Vous pensez que vous êtes chez vous et que vous faites l'objet de soins particuliers, et le mérite en revient à M. Imran, le superviseur de l'hôtel. "Arrival to the property in dark was least assuring as details from Expedia hadn’t reached the place.(?) Don’t be surprised when street pavement ends 15 meters before the gate, nobody answers and have to chase down property manager’s direct phone number from neighboring residents. Luckily manager lives not far and we were greeted by kind man named Aissa. "Just be aware that this is a shared property. Your booking is just for a room. The owner lives in the house, even though this isn't specified in the listing. This may be suitable for some travellers but it is something to be aware of. He was also gentle and understanding when we pointed that out. Anyway, we had to leave upon arrival because we were not comfortable sharing the accommodation with the proprietor. We contacted Expedia for refunds but we didn't get any refund."

"Aucune précision sur l'annonce qu'il s'agissait d'une auberge de Jeunesse, voir d'un hôtel. Telle que rédigée,l'annonce nous laissait penser qu'un appartement complet nous attendait à notre arrivée. Nous avons dû dormir à 5 dans deux dortoirs. Mais très vite, nous avons oublié notre déception, car l'endroit s'avère très chaleureux grâce à une équipe au top niveau, des jeunes gens dynamiques et aux petits soins pour nous. Et quel bonheur pour nous retraités de nous retrouver au milieu de jeunes...
