"The place was really beautiful and quiet. The balcony was a plus as you could relax there. The staff were very attentive. Leonel was especially sweet and thoughtful when we requested to take our order from the bar to our room. He carried 2 trays of food to our room, even though room service wasn’t available."

"This unique hotel sits on top of a hill and has awesome views all around. We loved staying in this old castle and the staff and amenities are great ! We felt like royalty and really enjoyed our stay and the breakfast. "

"The hotel is in an excellent location with good views over the rural landscape. The decorations are getting a little tired but it is still OK. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The one surprise that we had was that the only food on offer in the restaurant was local peasant food with no written menu available. The food was good but basic and we had no idea what it was going to cost us. The walls between the rooms are very thin as we could hear exactly what was going on in the neighbouring rooms!"
