"You will never find hotel staff more friendly and caring and helpful where they can than the team here. I had a terrible vacation in the country, however, the kindness of the staff here was amazing. Amine, was so helpful and make me feel so comfortable and was extremely professional and a very helpful resource for my many questions, made great recommendations and made it a pleasant experience. He was very knowledgeable and was great with coordinating staff there. "

"A lovely residence in the heart of the Medina with a wonderfully welcoming and helpful host. We had a good-sized room with small sitting area and comfortable bed, traditional decorations, and an enclosed balcony overlooking the interior courtyard where breakfast was served in the morning. The rooftop terrace is lovely, and the walk in from the nearest street wasn’t bad even with the cobblestone streets. Our thanks to Aziz for making our stay so pleasant! We will be recommending this residence to family and friends."

"This is a nice hotel, with beautiful rooms and restaurant. The staff are helpful, and they even made us breakfast well after the posted finish time. The downsides are the rooms are little small, and our shower didn’t fully work (the wand worked, but not the shower head). Also it can be a little cold in winter, but there is in room heating."

Okay hotel for a night or two.

"They gave me a small cramped room on third floor. No elevator. It was easy to drag my suitacse up. One of the front desk staff was not very hepful...anything I asked he said google it. On the other hand there was another gentleman was very thorough...he helped me pick a nice seafood restaurant. Overall good hotel..good location...minimal breakfast...best bang for your buck. "
