Paid for two king rooms, assumed they would be similar in size. Nope one was huge one was tiny. Both cost the same. No shampoo, only two bath towels, no hand towels, no bath mat, no coffee machine, no iron and no hair dryer. Bed was comfortable. Housekeeping staff were lovely. Front desk staff miserable. Location great. Poor amenities. Ok for somewhere clean to lay your head after a long day but don’t expect much else.

The hotel is very modern and had great views of New York City. It was a bit away from the main attractions but that was a good thing as it was much quieter and peaceful. Access to the subway is close enough too. Our only concern was the tourist taxes weren’t easily explained and our final bill was eye watering with extra taxes added for going up on the roof terrace. Check possible costs first before going up there so you are prepared and not shocked like we were.

It was close to the subway and close to several restaurants. We enjoyed how large the room was. Most of the staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

Rooms very clean and updated. Lobby nice but small. Beds comfortable, and linens nice. Great location, close to subways. Only thing that I didn’t like was that they do not provide wash cloths. Would definitely stay there again.

Friendly helpful staff. Great area with easy access to Grand Central Station and restaurants. Clean room with ample space.
